Recently stayed with my family of 5 at the Veneto Exclusive Suite (December 2015). The suite was as advertised and worked out very well.
There are three bedrooms, two connected (you have to go through one of the guest rooms to get to the third). The second bathroom is off the third, and the master has its own. While the advertisement says the unit has two bathrooms but only one shower, the master bath does have a nozzle and hose attached to the faucet with a connection to hold it up high. By my (US) standards, that qualifies as a shower. I would call it two shows, and it was quite manageable with 5 people and two baths / showers.
The location is in a nice area, blocks away from the US embassy. There are several restaurants in the area. While there is a washing machine (which we didn't use) there is a laundromat right outside the front door of the apartment, very convenient (and you can wash / dry more loads in a hurry). There's a baguette deli restaurant right near it for picking up some great food, and a grocery one block down the hill - very useful.
Spagna and Barberini stations are about the same distance away, at least it felt that way. Easy 10 minute strolls through nice areas (Barberini is downhill, so we would walk to Barberini when leaving and come home on Spagna). This makes the unit conveniently placed. Two stops from Barberini is the Termini station, which is the central hub for the metro (and also has the train station for trains to other parts of Italy or Europe). So it's very easy to get to all of Rome and Italy from here.
Having a kitchen was useful, as we didn't eat every meal out. However, on Christmas day all of the guidebooks said everything is closed on Christmas and whatever is open you have to have a reservation. So we made sure to stock up on food. However, it's a tourist city - a lot was open on Christmas, starting early, and there were plenty of restaurants. Maybe we didn't eat at the best restaurant, but we didn't starve. More was probably closed on December 26 (also a holiday) than Christmas.
The unit was comfortable, well heated (we opened a window / door if it got too hot) and we slept well in the beds.
Overall, a great stay, a good place to rest our heads for day jaunts out to Rome, the Amalfi Coast, and Florence.
