TQ was recommended by our hotel and what a great recommendation. We made a reservation and we were greeted by the owner. Started with a complimentary appetizer, dinner and dessert was fantastic and then we were served a complimentary after dinner drink. What a great way to end our vacation in Italy

The restaurant had delicious food and a very charming host and another staff member who gave us information about the wine and food which was great. Marinated salmon, cannelloni, chicory side dish etc. We were welcomed and made to feel at home straight away.

It was a nice sunny day and we wanted to have lunch after visiting Ville d'Este, before returning to Rome. The service was good and the setting in the piazza was very nice. The food was just average. We had rigatoni Amatriciana, tagliolini primavera, some free fried appetizers and a half liter of wine for a very reasonable €26. Everything was tasty but nothing special.

Highly recommend for fish. Fresh, unique, cooked very well. Very friendly and helpful service. Seating inside (very lovely interior) or outside. Amazing prices for food and wine. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone i know going to this area.

Note: they have a nice wine menu and they have very adequate, cost effective house wine (my preference). If you want the wine menu, they are more than happy to provide.

We were promptly seated and staff was welcoming. We were ordering wine, but were not offered a wine menu. We got a liter of the house wine. Satisfactory, but not special. We ordered a bean and seafood dish to share for an appetizer. From the menu, it was not apparent that it was a soup. It was served to us in a single bowl with one spoon, and 2 flat plates were put in front of each of us. It was actually quite tasty, but challenging to share and eat. The restaurant manager noticed our dilemma and brought us an extra spoon. Just a clumsy way to start the dinner. We had a fried seafood entree and pasta dish. Both satisfactory but not memorable. For dessert we ordered cheesecake and were frankly disappointed. It was made neither with marscapone nor ricotta but was instead made with cream and Philadelphia cream cheese. Not at all what we expected. A better description by the waiter when it was offered, would have helped.
