Owner description: Probably the most famous chapel in the world because of its incredible artwork, notably "The Last Judgment," Michelangelo's stunning fresco covering 10,000 square feet of the ceiling and wall.

Over the knees and shoulders covered. Very crowded and you must be patient. Comes with museum tour. X

A must do when your are in Rome. Get skip the line tickets or you will be in lines to get in for hours and summer is not the time you want to do that.. The time you would like to spend inside is kind of not possible.. Too much crowd. You just have to keep moving with it! Every corner is beautiful!! Don't miss the paintings on the roof as well!!

What a human masterpiece this is, such attention to detail and so much history that you definitely need more than the two hours we allocated to viewing. Truly mind blowing to think that was built so long ago, doubt that our generation could build it better today

The room is supposed to be a silent individual experience, but there is NO room to stand: it is one mass of over 1000 people, in one room, slowly shoving each other from one end to the other.

Very nice preserved piece of work, we can only be respectful for the masterpiece of Michel-Ange laying down on the roof for 4 years to paint these scenes ! Respect !! Proper cloth is required :-)
