We had an amazing experience in this beautiful restaurant. The food is delicious. I am a vegetarian and although there ware no vegetarian dishes on the menu, the chef prepared me the best meal I ever had in Italy. My boyfriend, who is a convinced carnivore, was also really excited about his dinner. The owners are extremely friendly, modest but so talented ! You get real, perfect seasoned, delicious food in an amazing setting, brought to the table by lovely people (with a lot of product knowledge). This restaurant definitely has ‘star’ capacities !

We were recommended Saviotti by a friend of ours who knows the Conero / Sirolo region well for many years - and he was right: Saviotti is a hidden gem, nestled between old quaint houses in the mountain village of Massignano. It boosts a terrace with breathtaking views of the Tuscany-like country side. Decor outside is like in a living room, pleasant cool music in the background ... We arrived early enough for a sunset drink and then had the "Sea Side Menu" (Prix fixe Menu) which consisted of some five or six courses as the dinner course was complemented by an Amuse-Gueule to start with and an additional desert along with coffee. Likely the best food we ever had in Italy. It is not cheap though, but if the same food were saved in Tuscany we would have likely paid twice as much. The restaurant is owned and operated by a lovely couple - and if you are afraid of not being able to figure out your favorite dish on an Italian menue (like we are), then it comes in quite handy that the host is a Boston-born former ballet dancer. Overall service is of highest standards and efficient ... who wants to leave this place anyway? Our little one loved cruising around the terrace while we adults could enjoy our dinner. Highly recommended!

I had heard many good things about Saviotti prior to visiting, and it certainly exceeded my expectations. We arrived early evening and sat and enjoyed an aperitif on the terrace while admiring the sunset. We opted for a tasting menu of around seven courses - and we left it up to the chef and waitress to bring us what they wanted. The food was not only creative, but very delicious as well. The service was amazing, our waitress (wife of the chef) was exceptionally knowledgeable regarding the food and wine that was served, and paired all our courses perfectly. It was a great culinary experience spread over 4-5 hours and I can't wait to go back again!

This restaurant was recommended by our b&b. Charming place, lovely hosts, beautiful views and excellent food...wine list amazing...
This restaurant merits a Michelin star. However, without that star it will most probably remain like it is at the moment: honest, humble and friendly. The best restaurant during our stay in Marche.
