“Pleasant, but unexceptional hotel”
Reviewed 5 December 2013

Overall, a pleasant enough stay, marred by several unexpected surprises. Firstly, the good points. The proprietors were the most gracious and helpful of hosts, always willing to offer whatever help was required. The service in the restaurant was pleasant fast and cheerful, our waitress, although not the most talkative, (due, I think to our lack of a common language) was always willing to accommodate our every whim, with a smile. Rooms were clean, bright, and attended to daily. But ours was small, white painted, and not a place to linger. Surprisingly there was not a table lamp in the room, and the bedside lamps were fastened to the wall. These lamps were of a bulkhead type, and cast their light upwards, making it, for me, almost impossible to read.
Most surprising of all was the absence of a bar, or bar lounge, in the hotel. To indulge in a pre or post dinner drink it was necessary to leave the premises and cross the street to another, unrelated, establishment, a sore disappointment in what is classed as a four star hotel.
Overall, for a family holiday, this hotel would be a very good choice, but for my wife and I, it did not suit our needs, as a more mature couple.

Went on holidays with the Travel Department - was alone, didn't know anyone. The hotel couldn't have been in a better location - right on the beach. The hotel staff and owners were very friendly and the hotel room was cleaned daily. For a break away, if you are expecting great fun - dancing in the evening etc, don't go to Pesaro. If you are looking for a lovely hotel right on the beach with friendly staff and nice food everynight then I would definitely tell you to go here. Bravo!! I even left something behind me and they sent it back in the post!! Amazing!!

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view I suppose, I would say it is such a quiet place you could hear the waves from you...

We spent a very special week and a half here.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is so helpful and friendly.

They even went on a spcial hunt in the laundry for a lost bear and found him :-) !

The food is very varied and delicious. We never ate the same thing twice and not once did we have to eat typical turist food. And the breakfast suits Northern European tummies as well (yogurts).

Our daughter of 11 who has been a picky eater is now very interested in trying new foods :-) ! For this we are grateful.

The location is perfect, pretty much on the beach. With a lovely spa on the roof where one can view the sea as well. Blue waters all around. The pool is clean and lovely to use as are the hot tubs.

The area has several juice bars :-) ! Veggie and fruit juices at a very good price.

I highly recommend this hotel run by a family that will take good care of you.

Had a great time at this Hotel. Staying there for the first time. Had a suite which was very nice. 2 balconies, 3 beds, 2 tvs and frigobar. 1 shared bath. The hotel was very nice, quiet and clean. The view from the front balcony was quite nice. The room was air conditioned and it worked quite well. The food was excellent and the service was perfectly fine. Very professional even when the dining room was full. The food arrived quickly and was always hot. The staff were very nice at all times. Very friendly. The hotel gets a nice mix of young folks, folks with children, and senior citizens. Everyone seemed to have a good time. To return to the food, the entrees were great, the salad bar was wonderful and the desserts were excellent. I would gladly return there next summer. I am happy to make the acquaintance of this excellent hotel.

Room Tip: The suite is an excellent value if you are 3 people. It worked out very well for us.
