EXCELLENT PLACE - CAN DEFINE DE BEST QUALITY USING METROPOL LIKE REFERENCE
At Hotel Metropol from Pesaro, Italy you can meet all the expectations which you have for a quality vacation: best location (20 meters from see), nice clean rooms with sea view, EXCELLENT services, NICE PEOPLES, best ratio between money and quality. We (2 adults and one chield0 have spent 7 days and I can say that these days show me what does it mean a QUALITY HOTEL: starting with the Hotel manager (Congratulation Cristina for the excellent management system) I really appreciated the staff from the restaurant – I’ve travelled a lot but I can say that these peoples where the best who I meat ..They can be used like positive “case study” in any turism related schools…..
The view from the hotel is the best: you cannot imagine a better feeling when you wake up in the morning with the see in front of you….
Again, who ever want a nice vacation, with NICE and Professional peoples around….with an EXCELLENT restaurant with variety of food the BEST place in HOTEL METROPOL from Pesaro, Italy.
My luck was that before ro read the reviews from here I have the chance to visit this hotel for few minutes in the beginning of May. Anyway, even in this case when I saw the very, very bad reviews I was confused ... I was thinking that maybe the staff or some other things in the hotel will made our holiday a Hell ...
But now, in the last 2 days of my stay here I am so happy that I choose this hotel. Probably that few years before with the former management the hotel was bad but now everything is great here. We had All Inclusive services and for Italy standards what they offered us was much more than we expected.
Hotel Metropol is not worth spending another minutes but to beware other travellers of a bad experience I drop a few lines:
- interiors of hotel/different rooms at least 35 yrs old
- furniture of rooms and "bath room" equipment partly broken
- size of "bath room" approx 1sqm incl toilett
- and the worst: everything was dirty (hairs from former guests in the bathroom, dust over the furniture...) and after complaining at the reception nothing changed.. oh no, they put a very small carpet on the bath room's floor - and remained dust and hairs untouched!!
Very unpleasant one night stay for 80 Euros in a double room forsingle use incl brkfst .
I've just looked up their website - it's definitely misleading.
