We booked the property via Emma Villas. The location is excellent but the property was a real let down. It's more like a hostel than a villa, with an entrance hall & buzzers to let you in to each bedroom. The kitchen was terrible. No dishwasher as advertised. A tiny fridge, no storage space for food or drinks. They did not provide a chopping board or sharp knives, we had to buy these from the supermarket. No air conditioning as advertised on some web sites either. A massive kitchen table that takes up the whole kitchen space. Old crockery, knives, forks, spoons. Metal cups so you couldn't hold a hot drink in them without burning your hands. There was a hot tub in the garden, but if you turned it on it blew the electricity; six times in the first few days the electricity went off. Very dark & depressing in each room. Not enough lighting in the kitchen, there's no extractor or oven just a hob.. Too hot to cook in the kitchen...We booked for a week & paid for a week, but only stayed 3 nights as we couldn't stand it any longer. Also, ridiculously expensive for what it was. WE complained & did get a small 400 Euro refund a fifth of what we paid to stay. Desperately needs updating. More like a property you'd have rented in the early 1990's.
