We were running around and decided to stop here for lunch and a glass of wine. Located next to a large tower on a street running parallel to the Via Rizzoli one block behind the Apple store. The staff is friendly. We grabbed a table, looked at the menu and ordered the Lasagna and the Bolognaise meatballs and peas. This is an Enoteca so the atmosphere has you surrounded by wine. So I asked the waiter to recommend a local wine, which he did. It went well with the food. The lasagna was nicely crusted and the meat and cheese were in their own layers. Very enjoyable and popular at many tables. The meatballs and peas were a hearty combination on this somewhat cold December day. Everything was served punctually and we paid at the register when leaving.
The vast majority of the patrons were Italian so the atmosphere is vibrant and friendly. Check out the pricing on the bottles where there is a choice between take-away, in-house bottle and by the glass pricing. The logo is also very nice. All in all, a good stop that got on back on our way feed well and refreshed.
