This is a cosy, spotlessly clean boutique hotel just a short walk from the main square, Bologna's famous two towers and the railway station. Off the main street, so nice and quiet (walls are a bit thin though, so bring your ear plugs just in case). Rooms vary in size, all are well kept and clean. All in all,one of the best options in this lively, intellectual city (be sure to check out the graffiti-covered university buildings). Hotel staff is well informed and helps out with reservations (you'll need them for some of the better restaurants, especially on weekends).
