perfectly situated this hotel surprised us with a very good price, very nice room (we like modern interior architecture), garage and grocery store right next to the hotel. Bologna is a fantastic town to visit, it is pretty, misses the messy bits that florence has, has many many shopping galleries with many attractive stores, not only clothes. the town is lively, but far less touristy than milan or florence: you get the feeling to visit an authentic italian place.

Room Tip: we could hear the elevator - didn't disturb us, but you may ask for a room that is more remote.

We found the hotel through the tripadvisor rating and the just drove there and walked in. We got a doubleroom for an excellent price of 150 EUR inkl. breakfast and big balcony. The car we parked in the garage right next to the hotel. To drive to this zone you need a special permission or to stay in the hotel there. Parking for 24 hours is 30 EUR.
The hotel had a super location to reach the whole center by walking. 5m from the hotel entrance is a small grocery shop open till 11pm to get some fruits etc.
Rooms are styilish, modern and clean.
Lovely surprice was a double shower so you could as a couple shower at the same time. There is a rich minibar choice plus a free coffee/tea in the room.
Wifi and TV worked perffect.
Our room (101)was right next to the elevator and the sound of the closing elevator doors was easy to hear. We were not bother with it but more sensitive guets should ask a more remote room.
Would come anytime again.

Only a short trip to Bolgna for a couple of days but this Hotel is perfectly located to use as a base from which to explore the City. Lovely modern decor, clean and quiet with friendly staff - what more could you ask for ? I'll certainly be back.....

Modern, very clean and with an excellent staff. Located very close to Piazza Maggiore. A little bit far from the train station, specially with luggage. Best choice is a Taxi. Rooms are very beautiful and modern. They took care of our luggage after the check out time. All reccomendations were very accurate.

This is a terrific hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was great. Lovely and modern, light, spacious and comfortable, with nice touches like tea/coffee making in the room (unusual in Italy), free wifi and individually controlled air conditioning. There was a good choice at breakfast too. The location is great as it is only a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Bologna - Piazza Maggiore - and other attractions, but still quiet. We would most definitely stay here again as we loved it.
