The pasta here was great, and I imagine the second course would have been equally good but unfortunately no one took our order. After an hour and a half with no food and empty glasses we flagged someone down for cheese, which was ok. I think it's probably a good restaurant on a bad night but I couldn't recommend it based on our experience.

This place has to be one of the best restaurants we've ever been to. So far it has been the best in Italy. The food is cooked perfectly without being overly spiced or salted. The house wine is great. We ordered pasta with mushrooms and it was amazing. We also had rabbit with potatoes as well as a pork roast for the meat dishes. Both were excellent. Anyone spending some time in Bologna should check this place out. Make sure to make reservations and the place opens at 8pm.

We were referred to this restaurant by the hostess in our hotel. We found it easily with the help with our GPS and parked right in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is very cozy and was packed with italian couples (always a good sign). We were a little lost at first as we dont speak Italian and there was no menu in English, but the server (who seemed to be the owner as well) tried her best to explain in mix of french/english/italian. Finally we let her choose for us and we were not disappointed! The lasagne was delicious but the porc served after was the best Ive ever had! It simply fell off the bone! Along with a delicious regional wine, we had a perfect meal! As the restaurant is located in the city center, we enjoyed a nice stroll around the town after dinner. Definitely a must try for a true italian experience!

It is in a nice location in the city cent

We asked for the address of the top 5 places in Bologna, none of them except this one was on the main historical center, the food and the service are excellent, they speak a little english but they do thier best. We just had different kinds of Pasta, they were all excellent but the one with artichoke was just out of this world.
