We found this hotel quite by chance, while doing a road trip to Tuscany. We had got delayed at Lake Garda and needed a place to stay. This place was an amazing find. It is a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, gorgeous marble clad bathroom. The staff were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and they recommended a local restaurant to eat at too, which was also fabulous. The location was great, close to the main highway but set back from any roads so lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful, tonnes of choice and all excellent quality. The price was great too. Would definitely recommend this hotel, its also reasonably close to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello.

We were there for one night only and had a lovely stay.
We took bikes out in the afternoon and cycled into Modena for a stroll around then town. The rooms and the grounds were delightful. A glass of wine outside on the terrace in the evening and again for breakfast in the morning.
Staff were helpful and accommodating. Would stay again if in the area.
We paid 90e for one night including breakfast. No restaurant but there is a bar facility open 24 hours.

We stayed in this hotel for one night but we loved it and will be back! Great service, excellent Breakfest, big, nice and comfortable rooms, quiet location. It's good for business travel too. Prices are very reasonable. It's not in the city Center but you can reach it in 5-10 min by car or taxi. Highly recomended!

We stayed for one night to visit Modena and collect our new Ferrari. We wish we had stayed longer. Great rooms, clean and excellent service. Very welcoming owners and would recommend to anyone visiting Modena or Maranello

Just stayed here on second night in Italy . The first night was in Milan the cramped hotel Windsor tiny shower no room in the city. . Today very different in the country side The hotel Castello Was just lovely the picture above doesn't do it justice it's a very nice looking old hotel with the tower in the middle . the night receptionist was very laid-back but extremely helpful . they have a bar with no true restaurant. You get a decent continental cold breakfast very good croissants.

Beautiful sitting areas outside where we were Having drinks in the late afternoon and the bartender Roberto brought us a bowl of grapes that were just nature's candy sweet juicy small seeds delicious. Then he brought out a whole bowl of cantaloupe melon again…
Yummy and just hit the spot at 6 pm
The rooms in the new wing were very nice and interesting keys that you then put in the light switch and they automatically turn the lights on and keep them there and then you never lose your key .when you go outside unlock the door of the hallway lights go on automatically. The room was Quite large. Double bed. Armoire for hanging clothes in storage a small hotel type refrigerator flat screen TV small but we never even put it on. a big the bathroom was very big sink nice full shower tub . Overall very nice hotel just outside the town of Modina which is a nice town to visit quite active great restaurants at night. It's also 12 miles from the Ferrari factory Ferrari Museum which was fun to visit the end Enzo Ferrari birthplace. There's also a Maserati factory quite nearby they call this the valley of the automobiles
You will enjoy it
Very good value
