This is one of the finest hotel I have ever stayed. The lady receptionist was very cooperative and friendly. The staff were vere courteous and helpful. They really wanted your stay to be excellent and as a guest, I really felt welcomed. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good also. The server was just great. We really enjoyed this place and for the price it is just simply excellent. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you...

I have never seen owners like this. They were rude, cocky, obnoxious and considered themselves better than the customers. They do not know anything about customer service.
The lade was a real sourpuss. no "good mornings" at breakfast to any customers.
Employees were from Cuba, Peru and the Filipinos. Nice, polite but not professionals.
Breakfast was ok. Dinner was bad. Room was ok but internet connection was very bad.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I don't have words to explain how horrible we were treated in this hotel! .. The staff is the most awful and unpleaseant people i've ever seen in a hotel!...
The internet conection is not free so i had to pay extra for it, when i tried to use it ,it didn't work!!!... so i went down and asked why my internet conection wasn't working. the answer was: I DON'T KNOW!!!!.. so i told them who should i ask about it?.. and again they said I DON'T KNOW!!!.. Come on!.. they didn't offer me a solution!.. so i asked them to tak with the manager or something... they told me the owner of the hotel itself was right there.. Once again i told the owner about my problem with the internet conection. the answer was.. I'm not an internet technician.. !.. Yes, the man was this rude!.. So told him to give me my money back. and after 2 hours asking for it. they gave me the money in a very rude way!.
Awful experience i don not recommend this place to stay at all!

I don't understand why the hotel is a 4 stars ! The staff is not able to support the client, it is impossible to use Internet connection, the room is very small, there is not a good service in the bathroom. The only thing in positive is not far from the city and the motorway.

Parma is a very small yet a pretty city in the north of Italy... The hotel is very pretty and clean but at least 90% of the staff seems like they just started working in a hotel.
We had the "pleasure" to meet the owner of the hotel... a VERY DISRESPECTFUL WOMAN , who doesnt even now how to make a bill and she had to ask to another person a treated the employee like he was a piece of garbage! The situation was awful to watch !
The only thing i liked about the hotel is the building and that is very clean and the man at the restaurant was very helpful as much as the other man in the reception.
Oh and i have to admit that even if it's located a bit far of the downtown, the place is very pretty and the rooms are high quality but they don't offer free internet!
To me? not a good place to stay and even more knowing how they treat their hotel staff.

I've stayed for about a week in this hotel.(with my wife)
I liked the location (it's a very nice place near the county side) but not far away from the downtown of Parma (about 10 minutes by car), there's also a bus stop around the hotel and a very nice italian restaurant (the pizza was amazing).
The rooms are very clean with a very good bathroom ,mattresses and TV and the service was very good specially the argentinian lady in the front desk .
The food was ok, nothing spectacular, but good enough.
The only bad thing i found was the internet IS NOT FREE!!!

Room Tip: Rent a bike, it's beautful!
