You can see the hotel from the station: look to the left from the station entrance. Friendly staff, quiet, clean room away from the street. I didn’t take the buffet breakfast and went out for a coffee and pastry at a local bar.

Beds were OK and the breakfast was very good. The staff was nice and helpfull and the best thing is the perfect location. But the hotel really needs an update, especially the bathroom, but also the room. The TV is small and of the really old type.

The hotel was adequate for our needs but just all seemed a bit dark and old. Was well placed for the town centre though and there were parking facilities which were chargeable by the hotel. Don't think I would like to stay here for more than a couple of nights

First time staying in Parma, before heading up to Bardi to visit family, so we decided to stay a night before traveling more.

Overall disappointing. Hotel is near the train station but in my opinion it's not a good area. Seemed to be in an area many migrants were settled and they, like in most of the nation, are just sitting around. Also, unlike in almost all hotels in Europe, this hotel made you pay in advance in full.

Room was dated, overall it was clean, but having rugs in hotel rooms to me is not a good idea. They were a bit dirty and needed to be replaced. Beds were comfortable though and I did sleep okay. Bathroom was smaller and toilet didn't flush well, another strange thing as most bathrooms in Europe have good, strong and fast toilets lol. Breakfast was included for 6 euro.

Parma itself was a great experience, better then I thought and this hotel was only a 15 minute walk to the heart of the town and overall not expensive, but I can't say I'd go back.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for the review.
The advance payment depends on the tariff you chose during the booking phase since not all our tariffs ask for it.
We are currently under renovation and our rooms will be ammodernated soon.
Best regards,
Elisa

I stayed one night here in mid August as I had planned to have a short weekend trip to Parma. Less than 5 minute walk from the train station meant that it was ideal and so easy to find. Hotel itself was spacious and comfortable if a little bit dated. This didn't bother me at all though due to the great price and location - would recommend!
