It was my husband's dream to take this tour. Well we did and it was a great day. Dealing with Nick to make our reservation was so easy. Our guide for the day was Angelo!!!! I should really call him our friend! He made this day so special. He is so kind, knowledgeable and a great guy to spend the day with.
Thank you Nick and Angelo for such a wonderful day!

Hi Marilyn M!!
Thanks for booking with us and yep you knew what you wanted and went for it!!! Angelo is the man again and yep we like to get him over to hang for pizza on the hot summer evenings because he's so chilled and cool! Aircon off fun on... he's a real boff aswell and has an extensive historical knowledge of our region: always finding interesting archive material. I was on a tour with him one day a couple of years ago, and I introduced the balsamico room, the history and the importance of the finest earths and grape varieties... handed the talk over to Angelo and he just blew me away!!! I stay in the London booking office a lot these days... can't touch him :) Thanks once again and have a great summer back in NY - best fine things always, Nick, family and FWT peeps.

On our Italian travels we made sure to come to this region FOR a tour like this and it did not disappoint! :) Angelo was a sweet and intellegent guide that truly knew and loved this region! His English is top notch and is willing to help you in any way! You can tell that there is a mutual respect between him and the people that own and run these artisan establishments! You don't want to miss this tour! Hint: make sure to have a car or rental car pre-booked as they can be scarce in Parma and Bologna!

We did the Food and Wine Tour in June and it was amazing..our tour guide Amalda was brilliant. We where a group of 6 and each one of us found it fascinating. As for lunch, the food was amazing.
We booked this tour in November. From the word go Caterina was more than helpful with finding us a driver, whom we used for 3 days. Vincenzo picked us up from the airport, drove us to Verona advised us on what to see and where to eat."La Gallina D'oro in Parma has amazing food ,,you must try 'La Torta Fritta'. We had an amazing time in Parma..thanks Caterina

Maria g'day, and a big thank you for your review.

Cate, Amalda and Vincenzo eh!?? Commonly known as the dream team and how they pamper you!! I remember taking Amalda on her first tour a couple of years ago and she was so nervouse... but the clients loved her and she was topnotch, never looking back.

Hope you have great memories and more to come from this special place centro il mondo Italy.

The 3 Kings Tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Angelo was our guide and he was fabulous! There were 10 of ages 3 to 87 and everyone had a great day! We began at the Parma Reggiano Cheese Factory. So interesting and so much fun! We dressed in gowns, hats and booties to the delight of everyone. The photo opportunities were endless! Our next stop was up in the hills of Parma where prosciutto is cured. The drive was spectacular. It completely changed my view of Parma from flat farmland to beautiful rolling hills. Once again we donned our gowns, hats, and booties! Angelo did a masterful job of explaining how the prosciutto is cured and aged. As with the parmesan reggiano, we were able to taste! Delicious. Angelo took us to a town so small it wasn't even a town for lunch. He suggested this restaurant because they made the best agnolotti in the region. Now that is saying a lot! Was he ever right! The lunch was absolutely delicious. After lunch, we drove to a beautiful estate in Modena to see how balsamico is made. Tip: pay the exta 6 Euro and taste the different balsamicos. What an education! What a taste treat sensation!
I cannot recommend this trip more highly. Angelo was so well informed and a great teacher and a lovely host!!!!

Thank you so much for choosing us and taking the time to prepare such a lovely review. Would love to see those photos of the gowns and booties!! The place he took you for lunch is on our secret trail list and included in our pricing schedule. What a great, enriching day to remember across the generations of your fab family. These reviews enrich ours too. Many thanks again, Nick, Angelo and FWT.

Our food and wine tour was made by our guide Angelo whose passion for the area and its produce was infectious. We were late for our meeting point by about 15 minutes but Angelo was absolutely fine and unhurried. The tours of the ham and cheese factories were very interesting and lunch was excellent, but our knowledge of all things Italian was improved greatly by chatting to Angelo throughout the day

Angelo... what can we say... absolutely the nicest guy in the Parma circuit! (Sorry Davide!!) but he has that knack of putting everyone at ease and giving our clients a genuine, top notch day. We have Amalda and Alice too who complete our super team. Happy days and memories, Nick and FWT.

PS. We have a great respect for all the official guides in Parma... Davide included ;)
