“good for what you pay!”
Reviewed 24 July 2014

We found it good for what you pay.Outside the busy city centre, close to main highway.Staff are friendly. We found the room clean, good amenities.Bath towels needs upgrade but they were soft and smelled fresh. The bed matresses is also due for upgrade. The TV is not to standard for a 3 star hotel.Basic hotel, ideal if your budget is small.Breakfast is not as on there website but the food we experienced was fresh. The parking paving area was uneven, and as it is modern hotel think they can fix the paving. We stayed one night,if you plan a longer stay,i would not recommend.

Located in what appears to be a semi residential / commercial area. It has easy access to motorway. About 1.5 miles to centre of Parma by direct route, where there is plentiful and cheap off street parking. Plenty of free parking around hotel itself.
Room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Only problem was with aircon - that I could not get to work.
Breakfast room is small, and was very busy with large group of teenage and well behaved school children. Breakfast choice was varied and should satisfy all tastes.
Good value choice with easy access to historic centre and to motorway network.

The hotel is close to the highway but away from the noise. It offers free parking places around the hotel and a secured parking which costs 10€ a day. The parking could be reached with the elevator. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is an air condition. Breakfast is rich. There is a free wifi in the lobby but we could not connect by cable in the room. The staff is nice and efficient.

I stayed here with my family and the rooms were well sized, coolness of the air con depended on what room you were in. Breakfast was a bit boring but the cake was nice.

All rooms were quiet, well located in relation to Parma especially if you have a car.

Overall, clean but basic.

this place is right off the autostrada north of Parma so if you have a car its very easy, not so easy from the train station, a few blocks away from the FS is trento strada, bus #2 or 2N goes right past it on San Leonardo and next to a Commerciale Centrale which is a shopping center, there is an intercoop if you want to pick up some Parma proschuitto crudo, a baguette and some Reggiano Parmiagiano cheese, you can bring it back to your room, the only negative about the room is that the fridges arent cold. Also there is an ice cream gellataria and a nice bar a few feet away, so really one shouldn't want for anything. The breakfast is bountiful and the staff is very pleasant. We had to change rooms after the first night because the air didn't work but they gave us a great room so no problem. Also, you have to put the card to get into the room into a slot that turns on the electricity. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some so-so reviews, yes the place is a little worn out but everything was clean and to me that's the first thing.

Room Tip: I suggest that when you first get to your room, go downstairs and say yea or nay and then the ball i...

We stayed at the hotel in December, and did enjoy our stay in the region. We wished we had of picked our own hotel instead of trusting our local travel agent. The hotel did lack soul, but was clean and comfortable, and we did enjoy the service.

A little hard to find first visit. It is near the opposite of central Parma from the Autostrata. The hotel is back from the Main Street a little. Has a big "Hotel" sign on top that can be seen from the main road. Friendly staff and clean room. Hot hallways to rooms were a little unkempt. Simple ensuite room. Elevator. No WiFi, but wired Internet. Free hotspots in central Parma--get details from tourist information. Recommend this hotel if you have a car and want to explore Parma. Many fashion shops in the center of the town.
