This place is a real find. Well located within walking distance of the main sites and restaurants etc. Car parking nearby (albeit a bit pricey). Nicely refurbished rooms. Superb breakfast and great service. Excellent value for money. Doubt if there is anywhere better in the area

Room Tip: Our room faced the road but not at all noisy.

Nice hotel, clean, modern and friendly staff. But try to avoid room no 201, 301 etc since you do not have almost any daylight (windows facing a very small inner yard).
Good location close to old town of Ravenna, little bit difficult to find parking thow.

Stayed 3 nights here. Spacious, well equipped room with huge bed and lovely linen. Good wardrobe with fridge and safe. Shower room with corner shower; excellent towels. All spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Wifi (free) kept dropping out in the room. Continental breakfast very good (except for usual artificial tasting fruit juice in Italy). All Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. English good and always willing to talk to you and recommend restaurants. This hotel is within easy, flat, walking distance of the town centre and the train station (10-15 minutes). Very easy to visit all the main sites and get the bus to Classe to see the Basilica of S. Apollinare - 2 euros each way. Town centre safe to walk round at night.

Room Tip: Stayed on 1st floor, which is up some steps (same as for lift). Rooms at rear, no view, but very qu...

This hotel was a positive surprise, although in an classical building, modern with a lot of comfort. Service is up to date. Internet high speed. Breakfast, for Italian standard very good. Its very close to the nice centre of Ravenna. As we understand it is brand new.

The room did not had a bath but a spacious modern pleasant shower etc. Most important a fantastic spacious double bed. (2 meter by 2.10/2.20) the hotel is also fairly quit. All in all a good positive example for many hotels in Italy (and France). The 2 elevators are modern but slow. Anyhow its is only 5 floors.

Price wise we had a fantastic offer (56 euro). Including breakfast and internet. ok, is not in the season and most likely we got a company discount. But if the price was double we would still be very positive and regard it as a very competitive price.

Room Tip: We staid on the the 3 floor, perfect. Cannot judge the rest but guess they are all ok

We bought this hotel on special at Expedia.ca, and we were surprised to find it really was a full four star hotel, with well-appointed room, courteous staff, excellent and extensive breakfast, free and capable internet transmission, free checking of baggage until departure, lovely set of useful toiletries, fantastic shower, and easy access to all the sites, with careful guidance from the staff of how to get there from the hotel. It's ten minutes walk from the train station, as well. And it has a fitness center.

We stayed in room 502 - one of two on the top (5th) floor with floor to ceiling windows through the room and and bathroom overlooking Sant'Apollinaro Nuovo. There is a small extra charge for these rooms and it is well worth it.
The workmanship, furniture, equipment and fittings throughout the hotel are of the highest quality I have ever seen in a Hotel - and everything including the wifi signal works perfectly too.
Breakfast was again beautifully presented with a good choice.
Every member of staff we met - 3 different ones on reception and at breakfast provided very helpful and attentive service including offering to "feed" the parking meter outside the hotel whilst we were sight-seeing (and carrying it out as planned).
Location wise it is very convenient to walk to all the city centre sights and it was very quiet overnight.
If it isn't obvious I would highly recommend this hotel! At EUR115 including taxes for two bed & breakfast (in February) it was a bargain too.

Room Tip: Go for one of the top floor ones if available (I assume 501 is as good) I expect all the other rooms...
