Wow the view completely spectacular. The two bedroom one bath apartment was adequately furnished and comfortable completely furnished with everything we could need. We enjoyed our stay immensely our favorite part in the morning having coffee on the balcony and in the afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Check in was easy, quick and simple within 5 minutes on our way up all those steps to the apartment and the view you go to Cinque Terre to experience.

“Most beautiful place to stay”
Reviewed 16 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We booked this apartment through Trip Advisor and it was a wonderful choice. The apartment was clean and immaculate with everything we could have wanted or needed. The balcony was truly wonderful for sitting out each morning to watch the sun come up over the sea. We also used it after we had been out all day checking out the region.
There are fairly steep paths and steps to reach the top of Manarola so we kept fairly fit. We are 2 over 65s and we were puffing at times. It was all worth it! Since we were there 2 weeks the landlord came over with clean sheets and towels and we were delighted to meet him. Unfortunately, we missed his wife who came the following day and we were out. She had linens/blankets to put in the apartment. We found this delightful and not intrusive in any way. Would definitely would book this again. The staff in the Arbaspaa office were very helpful and pleasant.

Loved this apartment. There were 4 of us and it was perfect. The balcony and the view are fantastic. Perfect place to watch the sunset. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. As other reviews mentioned, it's up the hill so the walk up is steep. It was only annoying with the luggage, otherwise not a bother. We loved staying in Manarola and loved Cinque Terra.

“Perfect place to come home to in Manarola.”
Reviewed 25 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We were 2 couples traveling to the Cinque Terre for my birthday. From the very beginning, the staff at Arbaspaa was lovely and helpful. All of my questions ahead of the trip were answered promptly. Stefano showed us to the apartment and offered to help carry luggage. The day before we were leaving on our Ryanair flight to our next stop, I realized I forgot to print my boarding passes (which Ryanair charges to print at the airport) and the office helped me out with that, as well.

The apartment itself was the perfect place to start and finish the day. Days started with coffee on the balcony. Nights ended with drinks on the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves on the rocks in the harbor below and sitting up in bed to see the view of the sea and town was about as perfect a way to wake up as I can imagine.

We had everything we needed and the collection of maps and info about the area was very helpful. The clothes washer was handy as it allowed us to pack light. The place was very clean.

It is quite a climb from the harbor or train station (my fitbit said it's the equivallent of around 14 flights of stairs), so if you have mobility issues this is probably not the place for you. But we all took it slow and appreciated the exercise after eating all the pesto and focaccia and drinking all the wine. And being up high is what makes the view so good!

“Very nice apartment in a beautiful location.”
Reviewed 31 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

My husband and I and a couple of friends stayed at Panorama for a week and had a great time relaxing and hiking. The apartment was very nice, clean, and quiet mid-week (weekends always have a bit more bustle), with plenty of space for two couples in two separate bedrooms. There were also real beds (one double or queen and two twins that can be pushed together), which is not always a given in Italian apartments. The view from Panorama was spectacular every day, clouds or sun. The only down side was that there is only a 2-burner electric hotplate to cook with that is not very powerful (thus only 4 stars), so it was a good thing we only needed to cook for a few meals. The apartment is also up the hillside, so expect significant stone-paved paths uphill and stairs to get to the apartment. How else would you get such a great view? Definitely worth it.

Manarola is a great location away from the larger throngs of Monterosso and Riomaggiore, with about hourly train service. There are also some nice hikes to the adjacent towns from Manarola, but they're all steep, narrow, and medium difficulty or harder (coming from someone who hikes and backpacks fairly regularly), so be sure to plan accordingly --good boots, trekking poles, backpack, sunscreen, hat, LOTS of water. You don't want to be the person who had to get rescued by helicopter when we were there!

I would highly recommend this apartment. We had a lot of fun!

Liked best: View, location, hiking.
Liked least: Only a 2-burner low-power hotplate to cook with. You are tied to the hourly train schedule to visit other towns without taking a long hike (the easy walk to Riomaggiore is still closed due to landslide damage).

First of all, the agency, Arbaspaa Tour Organizer, was very willing and eager to help us find the right apartment. (Thank you, Eugenio) Staff was there to help guide, suggest and assist as we needed. To my advantage they spoke English. When we arrived, they were prepared for us and registered us with no difficulty, but made sure we understood the guidelines and rules. They were pleasant and professional. Thank you, Stephano for helping us with our luggage.

The Appartamento Panorama was exactly as described. The atmosphere made you feel like you were actually a part of this lovely area. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and equipment efficient and adequate (down to the wine opener), bath served its purpose (even though the shower sometimes was not able to hold all the water inside the shower as it is open on 3 sides), narrow balcony provided a terrific view and a place to hang laundry (just like the locals). Our favorite restaurant was about two doors down from us but never caused any extra noise at night. When you are there, explore different ways down to the village from the apartment. The last day we turned to the right coming out the door and discovered a shortcut. Not to miss: discover the beautiful sunsets from the balcony; watch the people as they climb the 10 stations of the cross from the balcony; discover the way up the path to the stations and explore this at its origin; take a ferry ride and see your wonderful apartment from the sea. You will love it.

“Pretty good”
Reviewed 5 January 2015 for a stay in January 2015

Great location, and nice views from one of the rooms. Amenities were becoming a bit old and there was no bottle opener which proved rather inconvenient at New Year's Eve (hehe...not a serious problem really)! The booking agent was extremely helpful and obliging.
