We stayed there for one week in April and we really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean and we had a little balcony with chairs and a table which was great. We could even see the sea from there. The breakfast buffet was also great with lots of fresh fruits, different bread and cereals. But the best was the incredible friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel was a bit pricy but that seems to be normal in Cinque Terre!

From the road it looks fantastic, the secure parking is a bonus and breakfast was great. However the staff were not particularly welcoming throughout our stay and the room felt more like a hospital than a hotel. Overall, the price just felt a bit much for what you got.

I stayed in a single room as I was travelling on my own. The room overlooked the back of the property. It was quiet, nice, clean and have a safe in the room.
The location is prefect, 5-10 minutes walk to the train station, 5 mins to the beach. 15-20 minutes leisure stroll to the old town. I've choosen to have dinner for 2 nights, food was good on both occasions and at a very fair price! (Give reception your food order by 5pm). Monterosso can be expensive depend where you eat out.
An older lady on reception was very helpful, I was given all the good advices!
I'd definitely recommend this hotel, I felt safe, the location and services were very good for the price I paid for.

We drove to Cinque Terre and was looking for a hotel we could drive to and had parking, which is not cheap in Italy. Our research to us to Hotel Villa Adriana. The hotel is easy to find and is a beautiful property. The grounds and the hotel are clean and well kept. We had a triple room with a large balcony, where we could sit out and enjoy a bottle of wine after our day out and about.

The breakfast buffet was good and filled you up so you were ready for your day of activity, whether it be hiking or hanging out on the beach.

The staff was very helpful in directing us to the different walking trails and laying out the best options for the train/trails to the other villages (only one leg was open when we were there).

We did not use the pool (beach is just down the road) but we did use the pool facilities after spending the day on the beach before heading to Florence. The showers were very clean and a great perk to have available.

There were plenty of restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and the train station was close (if that is how you are arriving) but far enough away you don't get the train noise.

Our next trip to Cinque Terre, which won't be soon enough, will take us to Hotel Villa Adriana again.

Loved this hotel!!! Rooms were clean, great views, GREAT staff, the food was delicious..loved the breakfast...YOU MUST HAVE A HOT CHOCOLATE:). The optional dinner menue was incredible and a perfect option especially after a day of trecking!!! Great system- make your selection from the daily menue, do your sightseeing and when you come back for the night ...you can have dinner. Daily choices were fresh and you cannot beat the convenience and the PRICE :) My only regret....I could only stay 3 nights but you betterr believe it....I will be back and I ABSOLUTELY recommend them :)

A short walk up the hill in the new part of Monteresso this hotel is perfect. We had arranged for our luggage to be delivered by a porter but could have managed no trouble at all from the point where our coach dropped us off. Clean and with a comfortable bed. Very friendly, efficient staff, who checked in our large group with no bother at all even though we were a bit late arriving. We had a balcony which looked over the gardens and pool. We had booked dinner the first night, a set menu, and this was very nice. Breakfasts were good too. We really enjoyed doing the trail from the Monterosso end. Plenty of lovely places to eat nearby and don't forget to walk through the tunnel to the old part of town.

Room Tip: We were a group of 15 and I am sure everyone was happy with their room.

Spent two nights at this hotel recently. Hotel is in a great location, quiet with beautiful gardens. Room was very clean with a nice balcony. Easy to walk to both the new and old town. Hotel has a friendly, welcoming feel. Monterosso is a great place to stay in exploring the five towns, easy access to the train, restaurants and walking trails. Hotel offers free parking on site. Dinner can be taken at the hotel for a very reasonable price. Staff was professional and helpful. Highly recommend.
