This restaurant was overall a great experience although it had some iffy moments. We had dinner reservations for 7, and showed up 10 min early, to be first completely ignored and then turned away until 7. We were a little shocked by this but quickly decided it would not ruin our romantic evening. When we returned we were seated on the upper level and the view quickly made up for any ill feelings. A reservation is a must (ours were made two days in advanced) and showing up early were able to switch for an even better view. The server was very friendly and shared with us some insight on the village. Our meal was fantastic, great Italian food, but honestly not better than other higher end cinque terre restaurant and it was the most expensive with the wine costing double the amount. It was the most expensive but far from the best foodwise, although the setting is what you are paying for and man is it worth it. Watching the sunset in the harbour with a view of the ocean and town was completely surreal and completely romantic!
