This is a lovely STORE that sells wonderful food, but it's not a restaurant and if you are using TA to find a nice place to have lunch or dinner, this is not such a place. There are no seats; neither indoors or outdoors, it's more like a fancy grocery store with prices to match. Yes, it is a wonderful store where locals shop and their food especially meats are great plus the local specialties are well represented, but I don't understand how it can be listed as a restaurant.
Do walk up Via dei Macelli di Soziglia; it a wonderfully atmospheric street (don't mind the street ladies, they will not bother you!) and visit the fun shops, fruit stands, vintage stores along the way and be sure to see the beautiful edicole across from Gastronomia De Micheli (look up!) it was created by the meat guild and dates back to around 1750 or so. Also the pastry/focaccia shop a little further up has great apple strudel, plus you must stare into the window of Gastronomia De Micheli-it all looks great...but it does not make this a restaurant!
