“Nice Place”
Reviewed 7 June 2014 via mobile

Enjoyable place for a drink and a snack. Watching the multimillion dollar yachts and cruise ships. Good service at a reasonable price and great aperitivo.

“Very enjoyable late afternoon watching the boats and cruise ships.”
Reviewed 12 August 2013 via mobile

The cotton wharf is one of the new opened up areas of the docks when it was given back to the city by the Port Authority. There is lots to do and there are also numerous bars and cafes. We rather slumped here rather than chose it. They were opening up about 6pm ish. It was a good choice. Not 5 stars as there were pigeons about and when only a few people about they were a little annoying but after 30 minutes or so it got busier and the pigeons kept their distance until somebody left their table with peanuts still in the bowl, they went wild. We sat just opposite two v large yachts probably the short end of £1M each. Looked nice and we watched a couple of crew wash the decks down and clean up. We were also watching one of the massive MSC cruise ships thinking it must be ready to leave. It did about 7 and what a site. It dwarfed the buildings. A good selection of drinks including cocktails at good prices kept us going. They did Brian g out the Aperitivo and that was very nice. So me warm pieces, chips, pizza squares, potato croqs carrot, dips, and a few other things. Really very nice. A pleasant way to spend the early evening before catching the train back to Nervi. You do need the sunshades in the late afternoon though!

“Great Lazy Afternoon....”
Reviewed 29 May 2013

Half a dozen of us sat outside in the sunshine here last week, next to the millionaires' yachts, enjoying a huge choice of different beers, wines and snacks. Service was good, and the drinks and food were brought quickly and efficiently. We all had dinner here this time last year, and the food was excellent then, hence our return if only for a light bite this time. We weren't disappointed. They still brought out additional 'free' plates of nibbles as the afternoon progressed into early evening. A very pleasant way to spend an hour or two.
