A bad dining experience! I made the mistake of sitting inside, with its uncomfortable seats and annoying music pumping out from a tinny sound-system. But the real problem was service - or lack of it:
My first course (a simple pasta dish) arrived 40 minutes after I ordered, and my main course arrived 25 minutes after I finished the first course!!
The grilled fish were overcooked and dry. At no point was I asked if the food was all right. I was not offered anything more than a basket of bread while I was waiting, and at no point did anyone apologise for the ultra-slow service. Customers who arrived after me were allowed to order instead of being advised of the long wait they would have to suffer (one couple tired of waiting and got up and left).
I felt completely unvalued as a customer. This restaurant seriously needs to improve!
