Located right in the center of Le Spezia, easy access to shops, restaurants, train station, parks, etc. The room is spacious, however, the shower box is a bit too small for an average person. Also, the room refrigerator was not cleaned properly and therefore emitted an unpleasant odor.

Room was spacious, clean and well presented. The staff were good and breakfast well served and diverse.

Close to restaurants and shops in la spezia, and a short walk to the train station.

Only negative was the strong chemical smell after cleaning, otherwise a good experience.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel whilst visiting the Cinque Terre. In general we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable with a/c and an acceptable bathroom. The breakfast which was included was very good, although if you go at peak time, you may have to wait a few minutes for scrambled eggs. It was within easy walking distance of many good value restaurants. If I have any small criticisms of the hotel it would be towards parking. There are about 8 parking spots in front of the hotel and you need to be quick on your feet to bag one. I believe the hotel can arrange for under cover parking, at around 12 euros per night. We would certainly stay there again.

I agree with a previous review, this was the worst hotel of all stayed on our trip to Italy. It was old and tired, very uncomfortable bed. Our shower would not drain and our plumbing flooded. They did move us to a new “superior” room for our last night. In our superior room you had to squeeze under the sink to use the toilet. Our first morning we came to the lobby for breakfast and I had to work to find a clean plate. I though OK, I’ll just get coffee, the urn was empty and the first two cups were also dirty, silverware also dirty. Do not stay here. The neighborhood is littered with graffiti, it is rough. Cinque Terre was paradise and this hotel was not. If you want to go to Cinque Terre stay in Cinque Terre.

We stayed at My One Hotel for 4 nights during a 4 week trip to Europe for our honeymoon. The hotel was incredibly basic - this really is just a base camp - a bed to sleep on (although it's a really hard uncomfortable bed). I would highly recommend staying in the Cinque Terre or Levato if budget allows. The room was small, but reasonably clean. The bathroom tiny and the shower indescribably small. As other reviewers have mentioned the surrounds of the hotel are not great and walking from the train station to the hotel at 11pm was a real eye opener and not recommended if you're on your own (even though the walk is ~10 mins). Having said this there are some nice coffee shops, some good shopping and a couple of great restaurants close by and you do spend most of the day in or travelling between the towns. The staff were helpful when pushed. Once again, as per previous reviews the breakfast was disgusting - it was included in our price yet we did not eat it once.

This hotel is by far the worst overall hotel experience we have had in Italy.

Rooms - Dirty, cramped, hot,noisy.

Service - Incompetent staff, room keys that don't work.

Elevator - Barely functions, hope you like walking the stairs with bags.

Location - Ok but the main rear entrance backs into a dark seedy alley, so night walks back are sketchy.

Stars - No way this is 4 star... More like 1.

Would not recommend at all!

This hotel is by far the most unsettling experience I have ever had travelling. Our first hotel room was for the disabled which meant we didn't have a proper toilet seat etc we asked to be moved and they said it was full. Which was a lie because there were rooms available online. Then the next day they moved us and the aircon was broken our room was 32 degrees. They did not respond to moving us until 12am. The hotel breakfast was a disgrace, the food inedible and the noise!!! You could hear EVERYTHING you could even hear the reception desk phone ringing from the room!! The rooms are so small the showers tiny, I'm a size 6 and I barely fit in the shower. The one and only lift does not work and the room keys had to be changed 3 times as they did not work. This is a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. Backpackers sure, but you will pay high price $$$!
