The medieval Church of San Martino, which dominates the hillside, was built in the XII century in the Romanesque style.
Approaching the church, you will cross a beautiful mosaic terrace, where you have a great view of the entire Portofino bay. Entering the church, you pass through the magnificent bronze door. Inside there are several paintings and sculptures including a wooden sculpture of the Deposition of Christ and a stunning 18th century wooden statue of the Virgin of Sorrows.
