Clearly a three star hotel. Reception staff not warm and friendly. Room good , bathroom like that of our caravan. If you are larger than a U.K. Size12 you will not fit through the door to the shower. Maybe all rooms not the same size shower door.
Breakfast OK not fabulous . Reception area lovely. If coming again would not pick this hotel although not a disaster.

Not bad but not great either. Lobby and entrance nice, accomodating reception; elevator slow but fine. Single room decent size, comfortable bed, not the cleanest place in the world... bathroom small, minimal facilities and amenities, in need of renovations..... too loud , can hear every breath in every room around you...not very comfortable or private. 3 stars but rather costly for the level /quality of room and hallways. May try again in a larger room.... but not entirely sure. Very close and convenient to beach, town center, etc. easy to walk around.

Nice hotel, the decor was dated, staff seemed a bit distracted, overall a nice average hotel. The hotel was crowded and that could have explained the staff's attitude. Breakfast was pretty standard fare. Nice location with so much in walking distance shopping, dining, swimming.....

Clean & close to town center & ferry to areas like Portofino. Many good restaurants sound the hotel. Breakfast was reasonably good. If you arrive by train, be prepared to pay 15-18 euros for the 1-mile drive to the hotel. Hotel does accommodate tour groups.

We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel which well deserves its reviews. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Antonio is still singing and ever charming in the dining room. The rooms are not huge but well appointed but as the surroundings are so great, we stayed in ours very little. The location is really convenient, especially for public transport with the station, bus stops and pier for the boats all very close. Despite the central location the rooms were not noisy. We could not fault our stay and would be pleased to stay at the Jolanda again.
