The Mistral is undoubtedly the most overstated one star Michelin restaurant in the world. The tasting menu was insipid, poorly presented and to top it all, the chef ( if you can call him that) used canned peaches for his "gran finale" What a disaster of a meal.
Avoid all all costs, it is not worth the view and the service was incredibly slow ( missed the 3rd course altogether due to an "internal snafu")
