The hotel situated on a hill with a spectacular view, I mean spectacular, from every room. From your balcony, you can enjoy sweeping lake view on both side with Alps is in distance. Fro the comment, we entered the hotel, we fell in love with it. The biggest regrets is that we can only stay for short period. In a historical town, new hotel rare. This one not only has the stunning view, but also has very comfortable room with nice design. The bed is large and very comfortble. The service is excellent, we love the daily breakfast. I can not think i would stay in any other place in lake como.

Room Tip: Book well in advance, you won't be disappointed

We stayed in a lakeview large studio, which was technically not a studio because the bedroom was separated by a door. The room could have accommodated 4, but there were just 2 of us so plenty of room. We viewed the lake from 2 terraces and a third door/window. The kitchen facilities were great for our own breakfast and to cook dinner. Parking was easy rather than dealing with Bellagio's crowded lots and we took advantage of the shuttle service on two separate occasions. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful: finding a local supermarket, suggesting towns to visit and routes to follow, printing boarding passes. We highly recommend Borgo Le Terrazze!

We stayed here for a week, and could not have picked a better spot. Ideally located 5 mins outside Bellagio with fantastic views over the lakes. The rooms are large and well appointed, with a kitchenette that we needed for breakfast. The pool area was terrific as was the sun bathing area. The folks a Borgo could not have been more helpful, and the shuttle was great back and forth from Bellagio. You can walk into Bellagio and we did on a couple of occassions, and a taxi back to Borgo is about 10 euro. We didn't take breakfast at Borgo (10 euros per person) preferring to use the facilities in the rooms, but they were more than happy to make coffee on request (which was very good too). We had a great holiday and will definitely be back.

Room Tip: We choose a room with a small patio area which didn't give us the views a balcony did, but gave...

This was one of the best stays while in Italy - cute, clean with good design details! Views are fabulous from various locations (room, eating/ bar area & pool) - you would not get the same from being "in town"! Staff are not only kind but also fabulous. Services include a van that takes you into town & includes pick up; a complete breakfast was available at a small charge, and worth it - sitting outside w/ a cappucino enjoying the incredible views, amazing!! We did not wish to leave, but due to schedule off we went! HIGHLY recommend BLT and for more privacy rooms 15 or 16, each with a terrace.

Room Tip: See above: rms 15 or 16 (more privacy) & not in the larger block of rooms.

The view frome (some) of the rooms are the best in Bellagio. I wouldn't stay in Bellagio itself (there's not much incentive to do so) but we loved the Borgo. The rooms are very big and with kitchenette. The reception girls are helpful and the shuttle is awesome.

The pool was also very good (you don't get this often in Bellagio).

Great experience! The location is absolutely fantastic overlooking the lake. The room and the balcony have great views.

Although, I am not a fan of pools in general, this particular one was great. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is great!

Initially we were supposed to stay for 2 nights, however we had to extend by 1 more night. First 2 nights we have stayed at Superior Studio with Lake Views (7). The room was fine, however it was not up to our expectations considering the pictures on the web site where we have booked. The view was not panoramic & we could not see the view from the bedroom/on the bed. Also, if we wanted to sit on the balcony & the set up is that only 1 person is able to enjoy the view, the 2nd one will have the back turned towards it. So basically it was a corner room with only 1 side of the room opening up to the FULL/panoramic lake view. I have communicated this to the hotel staff, however they have insisted that the pictures were the same & they even were ready to check it together with me. (suggesting my poor judgment or memory?) The pictures were (and until now) also showing a bathtub, however our room only had shower cabin. The lady offered us a better (suite) room which was smaller in size but more expensive which we have refused. Overall the stay in this room was fine. On our last night we have shifted to a Studio Lake View & it was terrible. The AC used to go off in the middle of the night, so i had to get up every 20 minutes just to cool the room down. There was no concierge to help us with our suitcases. The room was located uphill, so we had to carry suitcases ourselves. They also did not have any adaptors. We have been waiting for adaptors from other guests, however we ended up with no charge towards our stay at all.
The breakfast/food was fine for a price (10Euros pp), however 1 staff cannot run reception & restaurant service at the same time. We had to wait for our tea for nearly 15 minutes because she totally forgot that we've ordered it. She was not able to replenish the buffet in a timely manner since she was alone running the fully occupied breakfast room. Actually, i was really surprised to see the same lady serving us wine & cleaning the swimming pool later on.
So overall, yes, the view is magnificent & yes, i would deffinitely come back. However all these small issues towards the last day have really irritated & dissapointed us.
PS: the hotel is located slightly away from the main areas, but they provide shuttle bus nearly every 1 hour whenever you want just to eat outside. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is also free, so it comes handy.

Room Tip: Please make sure that when it says panoramic view of the lake, it really DOES mean panoramic. In my...
