Good food in modern surroundings and decor. The town was very quiet on the evening we ate in Far Out as the weather was very wet. Despite the lack of customers (only three or four tables occupied) we had an excellent meal with very good service. An american couple at the next table seemed very put out that a bottle of wine they wanted was not available, but then they remembered they actually were on vacation and managed to chill out a bit !!
Negatives - not many really. Minimalist decor makes the restaurant a little bit soulless and a bit 'echoey'. I'd imagine it would be pretty noisy if it was full and everyone was chattering away. But that is really nit-picking !!
Overall it was a good menu, a good supporting wine list for most normal people and great service. All that for a reasonably good price makes it a recommendation in our book.
