We bought ice cream here a couple of times to go with strawberries we had purchased. The ice cream was more expensive than the strawberries; the strawberries, from a small green grocer at the top of the main steps, were wonderful - and the ice cream at the top of the hill was cheaper, and they sold some lovely desserts as well! Moral of the story - climb the steps, use some calories and replenish them at the top!
