On a very hot day, having come back down to the lake on the 'funicolare', strolling along the shore-line past 10-12 eating places - we finally decided to try this one. It didn't look any different from the rest - with serving staff hanging around the doors trying to persuade tourists like us to enter and eat. Enter we did - and were nicely surprised to find ourselves in a smart interior with a wonderful air-conditioned calm - better than the heat of the outside tables. A very tasty menu and wine list, attentive, friendly and efficient service - made this a very relaxing lunch. Middling price for 2 courses with wine and coffee - but not expensive when you consider this is a prime time and place for tourists. The lakeside location is a bonus. We would certainly eat there again.
