Delightful old B & B but be ready for all the stairs { No lift }. Very good for walking to the lake and you can leave your car. Room at little strange with the bed upstairs on a platform. Bathroom down the stairs best to take a torch for night visits to the bathroom. Lovely maid .

Room Tip: Be ready for four flights of steps.

Not an easy place to find as the building where you enter the courtyard is dilapidated and covered in graffiti. But don't despair everything looks different when you enter the B&B. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antique furniture but the bathrooms are large and modern. There is also air conditioning and all the mod cons including free Wifi and free parking in the courtyard. It is also very central, just a few minutes walk to the Dom and pedestrian zone.
The owner is very friendly and will give you tips on sightseeing and recommendations for restaurants, and the ones we tried were excellent. As we planned to visit Milan he recommended we travel by train which was a great idea and the train station is only 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was self service, continental but lots of fresh fruit and just right for us. The only disadvantage of this accommodation is that the rooms are on the 4th floor and there is no lift so if you have problems with climbing stairs this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for something different with flair this is the place to go. Highly recommendable.

Expected the unexpected when you enter the B&B. Uggly from the outside, very beautiful from the inside. Most likely the most beautifull interior I have ever seen
Small rooms at the 4th floor (no lift), but assistance is offered to bring your lugage upstairs.
Simple but very good breakfast, with all the things you need. Took a couple of minutes to figure out the coffee machine
Close to the center, the lake and very good restaurants
Private parking, very friendly owner who is very proud of his home

Room Tip: We had the duplex room : not recommended when you are not flexible or need to go to the bathroom on a frequent basis

Location was great, Olga was very friendly, and the free parking was huge for the area. However, for what we paid 150 USD, it was like staying in a hostel. Small room, small tv, bathroom door didn't shut all the way, and walls were incredibly thin. Nice place, but should have been like 60 USD. Absolutely not worth the price.

In a small , hidden and uggly place - quite difficult to find
the rooms are very cosy ,decorated with taste but located on the 4 th floor - No lift !
the breakfast room is clean - it's a self service
before departure we had the pleasure to meet the owner for payment
this nice gentleman offered us to visit his own appartment in the 3rd floor - quite impressive and "extraordinary" - included in the old church completely renovated with a magnificent ceiling ,beautiful columns and sculptures - the impression to live in a beautiful museum
