Pinacoteca Civica di Como
Ranked #33 of 87 things to do in Como
Attraction details
Reviewed 22 March 2014

A big range of work here starting with carved masonry, through some ancient frescoes, the usual Renaissance paintings and into modern artworks. There was also a very interesting exhibition and short film presentation (which we were able to watch in English) about the forward-thinking, Como-born architect Antonio Sant'Elia who, sadly, was killed in WW2 before many of his futurist style projects could be realised.
