This hotel is located in the old city center of Sirmione, only a few minutes of the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants, bars and shops. The owners (especially Franco) are very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean, and had air-conditioning. The price included a parking spot just out of town (300 m), which is a nice extra since parking is very hard to find and expensive around Sirmione. We had a great time here!

The hotel has a great location, right downtown. Few of the positives: the owners are very nice people, welcoming and helpful. Room was located on the second floor (#22), with the view to the street, had a good AC and a spacious bathroom. If you traveling by car, the biggest trick is the parking, Do Not go into the city as there are very narrow streets and lots and lots of people. The hotel provides a free parking, all you have to do is park on the big parking area (right side as you approaching the city, it is about 7 minutes’ walk to the actual entrance to the city through the castle). You get a ticket, park and when you check in or when you want to go somewhere with the car, you get a free card pass from the hotel, which makes all your parking free (very good deal, considering that it’s pretty expensive to park there).
Negatives: breakfast! I did not understand at first whether that was a breakfast or what, but later was explained that this is a typical Italian breakfast. Ok, so all you get is some juice/water, coffee, few white buns and a croissant with jams, that is all. Even though we stayed there for 2 days, we ended up having breakfast only once, it shouldn’t even be called breakfast in my opinion. Another negative was the WiFi, which was free, but very low speed and it was constantly falling out. On the last night, there were annoying sounds (clapping and banging) coming from the neighbors throughout the night (so not very good soundproofing), and also big (15 min) fireworks in the city, which were not visible from our room, so all we got were the bangs and noise at midnight.

This family run hotel is a perfect accommodation in the heart of Sirmione, just few steps from the central square. Room is small and clean with a large bathroom and a window just above one of the main street. The staff is so cute and friendly. The free breakfast is not a buffet but you can ask the staff everything you like to have. Considering the venue and standard rate, this hotel is definitely recommended!

This hotel enjoys central location in old town of Sirmione. It is very cute, clean, and quiet in the afternoon. Owner is very helpful and nice, and the breakfast is good (Italian/continental style, do not expect English breakfast). You can litteraly pass security and go by car in front of the hotel, but you have only 200 meters from the ramp to the hotel, so unless you plan to stay longer and have tons of staff, do not bother, as it is crowded in the town. Just go by foot, check in and take the parking card, parking is free, which is great, but the parking is approx 500 meters (which is normal and completely the best of the available options for Sirmione). We look forward to come again and we will recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sirmione.

Room Tip: we have had rooms 12 and 15 and they were good, just like on pictures, proper double and triple room. They looked at both sides of the street, but still they were quiet at night.

This small, family run hotel is located in the busiest part of Sirmione, which is convenient and night time noise wasn't too much of a problem. The rooms were clean, modest, but comfortable. The owner is outgoing and confident in his own judgement about almost everything, but ought to reconsider the rather limited breakfast menu.
