My wife and I have just returned from an expensive rail package tour with a GR8 company, 7 nights of which were spent in this hotel. As a group we were segregated from other diners for breakfast and were served a very poor quality meal. Non group guests were ushered into a separate dining room and were given a breakfast in keeping with a 4 star hotel. Our group were prevented from using that dining room and the terrace until after several complaints we were permitted onto the terrace. The 1st morning breakfast consisted of rice crispies or a type of corn flake cereal, ham, cold bacon cold scrambled egg and an inedible frankfurter sausage, the only fresh fruit was a bowl of 10 apples between 37 people, the previous evening's dessert cake, rolls, bread and a choice of 2 jams. Coffee was served in a pseudo glass /plastic cup. The atmosphere between the staff and the group was poisonous and we were made to feel like 2nd class citizens. No 4 star hotel should ever treat a guest or group in such a manner.

Just back from a group rail holiday. Generally this hotel was very good but because we were
travelling as a group we had issues with the breakfast set-up. We were segregated from other
hotel guests and served a ONE STAR breakfast by surly staff who guarded another room where other guests were served a 4 star breakfast. Initially we were refused permission to sit outside on the terrace. The cheap breakfast was the same each day with little choice and little
nutritional value. The other bone of contention was the lack of air conditioning, which is apparently activated in June.
Altogether a long way off other 4 star hotel breakfasts we have experienced in the past.

A ultra modern, ultra clean, superb hotel, with very professional staff. Rooms were very high standard, and we received champagne on our arrival and had a poolside view. We were able to choose and sample from a wide fresh Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel, which is in the town centre through the arch.. although takes time to get through.. it's amazing... it's like your own private village. All shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.. A real gem..

Room Tip: The hotel is situated overlooking the lake... any room takes in a beautiful view.

Great Location. The Best you can think off. Though driving in Sirmione old city is limited you get a card and drive into. This is one of the disadventages too since it takes about 10 Min. to drive in, it did not mattr to me, but it has to be taken into consideration.
Room - we got a two floor room, quite basic, small terrace with Great view. Rooms are clean.
Breakfast - quite basic but nice. The staff was very helpful.
Excellent free wi fi in the lobby, was very useful. Very nice and small pool outside, located best, but we did not use it since we travelled in Autumm.
Value for price - quite ok.
Something that we did not like - it is very close to the thermal water center, since that, I think that you feel the bad smell when parking and when sitting in the balcony.

Room Tip: Ask for room that are in front of lake, these are the best ones.

We were recommended this hotel by friends. We would like to recommend it to whoever will read! It was superb for location, attentiveness, cleanliness and style. breakfast was great. We had a lovely view over the lake. There is a lovely pool there, however it rained the time we were there so we didn't get to enjoy it! We were there with out two young daughters and they treated is so well. Compliments to Guilio and all his staff on a lovely hotel.
