We stayed in this 2-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor, for 3 nights.
The kitchen is badly equipped if you want to cook a minima (there was only one saucepan, no microwave, no big bowl, etc.).
The decoration needs to be refreshed (literally, the calendar on the wall dated 2007 and the small Bacci chocolates in the kitchen expired in 2007 as well, as if the end of the world happened that year...). Mattresses were of poor quality. Cleaners might have been on holiday for the past 10 years as well... No wifi available.
There was a leak in the bathroom which might be known as there was a big jar beneath the tap. We had to empty it 2 to 3 times a day and actually, the last night, the jar was full and hence overflowed on the floor...
The water smelt metal as if no plumbing work had been done for the past 10 years and actually, when preparing the bath for my kids on the first day, the color of the water was orange...
Although the ad mentioned there was a washing machine, in fact it was not working.
We notified the servicing company (Impero House Vacation Rental) after one hour in the apartment but our calls have been ignored though our stay.
In addition, the apartment is not even in a quiet area so you could hear the cars and the train (train station is 100m away from the apartment).
Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wish I would have never stayed there, all the more since this was expensive.
