Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Location not great. It is in a middle-class leafy suburb (Zara) of Milan, and you have to wander through a maze of streets to find the tram that will take you to the subway (yellow line) that gets you to the Duomo. The taxi driver got lost trying to get there.
I stayed there because it was Milan Design Week and the cheapest hotel I could find at 200 euros a night. The young woman at the desk later informed me that everyone was charging 3 times the usual rate. It you do the math, you will see that the usual rate is a little less than 70 euros a night.
I would recommend it for travelers on a budget who either have a car, or don’t mind the adventure of finding their way around!More
