Not only we have been greeted with delicious freshly made grissini and a traditional Italian pinzimonio with a kick (perfect way to prepare your taste buds to receive new flavours), but we also experienced some amazing perfectly executed and very well presented dishes.
The cherries on the cake have been the really excellent choices of wine adviced by the sommelier and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel and understand the food served is made with love and very good care of the ingredients and does not need to be a show off because this is what it is, simply like this.
My favourite dishes: Tartare di baccala', Battuta di fassone piemontese, Risotto con arancia e tartare di gamberi, Sella di coniglio ripena di gamberi ( ask for a glass of the sicilian wine Catarratto a must! ) and, as a dessert delicious cassata siciliana with sorbetto and ice cream, need to taste really and the traditional Litz Torte with a clever twist.
