I was visiting Milan in the Spring of 2010 and this was one of the most reasonable places I could find.
The place is modern, imaginatively designed, there is a good feeling to it.
There is a slight problem with sound insulation in that in the rear house where I stayed the built in closets have thin backs and you can hear your neighbors breathing and the steel fabricated spiral staircase resonates as people walk on it.
The shared bathroom (in the rear house there are two rooms to a floor) is beautifully designed and clean.
The proprietor is very friendly and helpful.
This guest house is a short walk to the subway and a ten minute subway ride to downtown, to the Duomo for example.
In spite of the noise issue I appreciated staying there because it is in a residential area where average people live and I enjoyed it's safety, seeking out the local eateries and conveniences.
