The room is very spacious compared with others in Milan. We stayed over for one night stopover to shop downtown. The hotel is with easy access to Metro yellow line and you can easily go to anywhere with metro. The metro station is within 3-minute walk. The breakfast is also included and of good quality. We arrived around noon and get early check-in and a free parking lot. But the area is still under development and you'd better have dinner and shopping downtown. Overall this is a hotel with great value in Milan and we will come back again.

Nearby is a Halal Restaurant (Istanbul Kebab - selling rice, beef stew, samosa, finger food as well as Kebab), a supermarket (BanK ATM Machine in the supermarket as well), a Pharmacy (post Box on its wall), self service laundry, tailor shop, Ice cream shop and other cafes.

We could not see the directional sign post when we exit from Affori Station because it was planted nearer the play ground. We could only see La Residenza Hotel sign post. It would be good if they could plant the sign post where we could see it. Be alert follow the little sign posts planted along the way to reach the hotel. It is in a quiet residential area near Affori Station.
We were out most of the day so the noise from construction activities did not bother us. Anyway, most of the buildings were almost completed.

I like the eco-friendly, modern, minimalist design and spacious room with balcony of this Hotel. The kitchennette was cleverly hidden behind a door and looks like a wardrobe. Inform the hotel if you need to use it and remember there is a cleaning charge for its use. There are no instructions on how to use the rain and power shower in the bathroom. Unfamiliar so did not use this. Wish they could provide free coffee & tea making facility in the room, but then it seems this is not the norm in Italy.

We were in Milan for five nights but only stay for two in ACCA Palace because the rates went up. For the first night it was 75Euro and it was a steal to stay here. There was a fancy event and for the next three days had to stay elsewhere. Then every hotel in Milan did jack up their price because of the event.

Overall it was a lovely experience to stay here.

If you are looking for a 4 star hotel with big rooms, good breakfast and close to a subway station, then Acca Palace is the right choice for you! Its not close from the Duomo...maybe 9 stations, but subway turns it close from Duomo and central station...One important thing: the closest metro station is Affori centro...after getting out of the station, go to the left, and walk 100m, then you will see a sign saying Acca Palace hotel to the right...turn right and then turn left...after 10 m you will see the hotel!!!

Breakfast is good, free wi-fi and quiet surroundings...

Really in a quandary how to rate this place since it was not at all average and had some good points and bad… I end up with 4* like the official classification since the negatives are relatively minor when compared to the positives

Liked:
•Rooms are really spacious and light, each with a small balcony
•Bathrooms have windows!
•Décor is modern/chic
•Free WiFi with a good signal and a large desk to work
•Breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh with the exception of juices which were a bit questionable (instant?)
•Five-minute walk to the yellow line
•Underground parking on site

Did not like:
•Toiletries are an embarrassment – a few strange things rolled in clear plastic looking like so many tamales on the bathroom counter
•Open-air halls
•Way too many switches that looked like they might turn on something but did not… Not convenient when you do not know the room and arrive late at night
•No iron available
•No food service outside of breakfast buffet
•Neighborhood “in transition” – strange mix of new apartments, derelict factories and constant jackhammers after 8 AM. Do not expect to do much sightseeing or shopping in the immediate vicinity

We enjoyed our stay at Acca Palace very much. It is superb value for money. It is conveniently located on the Metro line, but is far enough out of town for it to be more affordable. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in Italy - so bravo! The weather was cold and snowy while we were staying, so the outside areas were rather cold, but it was a welcome contrast to the warm and snug inside areas, so not a problem. The only problem is the noise from all the building work going on, but this is not in control of the hotel.

Very good hotel, large rooms and very clean and service minded personel. Breakfast is very good also. I like this hotel and I can suggest it to anyone. YOu will not regret it. Free wifi also;)
Confortable nice linnen and lcd tv. Nice minibar and free parking.

Even if it not central if you have a car it is no problem to reach the city easily.

Excellent hotel , excellent staff , good ( not excellent ) breakfast , very clean , new concept of hotels , but the big problem : After flights , when you are tired , and you find the hotel , they don t have restaurant in inside ( must do something, because you must go around to find a place to take dinner ) . The hotel it s located in emigration zone of Milan ( but very peaceful and quiet area ). Restaurants around , metro , supermarkets like Penny , alnd locals markets). With taxi from hotel to Duomo ( center Milan) you pay about 15 - 17 E for one way. Anyway , if they are fix the problem with the restaurant i recommended this hotel. Thank you

Room Tip: nice rooms. Nothing to say
