Very poor experience - would not stay here again if in the Milan area. Service from the management was brutal. When addressing our issue, we were told one thing but then the follow through was not there. The location is very far from the downtown area and very few dining choices exist. On the surface, this hotel looks like a good choice... our personal experience would suggest otherwise. Many of the items were depleted when we went to eat breakfast and they were very slow in replenishing the dishes.

Pros:
Clean, modern, spacious rooms & bath, nice hand held shower and dove soap
Quiet
Flat screen TV
Plentiful American style breakfast
Good rates 115euro/night
Friendly, professional staff, quick communication by email
Nice linens

Cons
Beds are firm
Location seems unsafe after sun down
Sidewalk lined with turds
Streets are not well marked (we only found one helpful sign)
Takes 10-20min on metro to get to city center

Great stop to relax refresh and get over our long haul flight..beds were a bit firm for us tho!! Soundproof rooms so super quiet,I action great right next to metro stop (2mins walk), staff extremely helpful, sights and directions, early check in and calling our motorhome hire to organise pick ups etc for the next few days... Great value!! Enjoy!

This is a modern hotel in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It's a few minutes walk from the metro which whisks you to the Duomo in no time. Large supermarket and delightful restaurants close by. Our room was light and spacious , bed very comfortable and shower-room fine. Very helpful staff. Outdoor as well as indoor seating for breakfast.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you want cleanliness and comfort but don't want to pay the generally high prices of Milan. The rooms are quite large, new, comfortable and very clean. So, why is it cheaper than comparable hotels in Milan? Because it's not in the center of town. So, if it's really important for you to be within walking distance of the attractions, like Il Duomo, then you'll need to choose a different hotel but be prepared to pay a lot more. If you don't mind riding the very efficient and convenient metro for 20 minutes to a half hour to get to those attractions, then stay here and pay a lot less! The metro is only a five-minute walk away. The hotel is situated in a middle class neighborhood and there are some nice eating options nearby. You're in Milan so you'll probably want to try some of the many great restaurants in the heart of town, but if you're going to be there for more than a couple of nights (as we were), then you might like to give your wallet a night or afternoon off by eating at one of the nearby local spots.

We have stayed in Acca Palace for two nights, in August 2013. It is situated in a convenient and calm area. The Dome is 8 metro stations away and the metro is a two minutes walk from the hotel.
Acca Palace is not very big, it is new and clean. We have stayed in a family room, which was huge, very nicely decorated, the bathroom as well.
Breakfast is rich, delicious, with plenty of options.
The hotel is a very good choice for a trip in Milan.
