We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Segreti. The hotel is in a great location close to the Brera dining precint. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast which was included in our booking was very good. The rooms are very clean, modern and have everything you need.

Loved this hotel! Great location and friendly staff, who were helpful with directions and had a fantastic restaurant recommendation. Try L'Osteria de Brera!! We stayed in room 6, which was junior suite with a relaxing bathtub and great ambience with its brick interior. The amenities, such as the included breakfast and natural toiletries were a bonus! I celebrated my 30th birthday here and the hotel arranged for flowers and champagne upon request. Definitely recommend the stay.

we chose this hotel as wanted to be near Brera and it was very well placed too. We were upgraded from a standard room to a junior suite which was very tastefully decorated and we were quite happy with it. I think the standard room would probably not have been worth the money though. We liked the unusual selection of beers in the mini bar and the toiletries. breakfast was fine, nothing special. We were only here for one night and it did the job just fine

We stayed one night in room 15 and three nights in room 4. Both were great! We can only confirm the positive comments submitted by other travellers. The bathroom in room 4 was a bit more practical but we also appreciated the large bathroom in room 15.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next to the breakfast lounge is also a (hidden) room with two desktop computers and a printer. This allowed us to check-in online and print our boarding passes.
We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Milano in the future!

I stayed 2 nights at Palazzo Segreti on business. The hotel is very nice and well designed. The location is excellent. Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy and you will often hear your neighbours when they return to their room. You can also hear the underground. The breakfast is good but not great.

The hotel is located between Duomo and Castello Sforzesco, two main landmarks of the city. It is few minutes (not more than 5 ) away from both of them. So the location is excellent. You have every comfort, a boutique hotel can provide to its visitors.
Rooms are sufficiently large and the bathroom,we had, was almost as big as the room, although there is no point in having such a big bathroom according to me. I can say, it is as big as the rooms of a standart 3 or 3.5 stars hotel in Paris :) I am not exaggerating.
The only thing, I should maybe criticise, is that the lightning in the room was not sufficient. It is probably a result of a cleverness hidden behind the concept.
But at the end as a boutique hotelier I can say, I will definitely stay there, when I go to Milan once again. Special thanks to Chiara, Francesco and the rest of staff, whose name I can not remember.

We found out this hotel through tripadvisor. This is our first time to Milan. We stayed in this hotel for three nights. We have been upgraded to junior suite. This hotel has 18 rooms and unique and trendy style. In my view, this hotel adopts save energy idea.

The things that I love from this hotel:
(a) the location is unbeatable. 3 minutes walking from Cairolli castello station (red line subway) and you can choose via Dante exit. 5 minutes walking to the castle. 10 minutes walking to Duomo. 15 minutes to Cardonna (the train station to Malpensa airport and lake Como)
(b) The neighbourhood consists of many stores and restaurants
(c) the staff hotel is very helpful, friendly and has good command of English.

My only advice to this hotel is to provide complimentary drinking water in the room as the tap water is not drinkable and the free drinking water is available in the lobby.

Looking forward to come back to this hotel
