The staff was absolutely great! They speak english very well, advised us some really good places in the city and were very helpful with arranging our departure in very early morning (taxi booking, breakfast box...) Room was very comfortable and always absolutely clean, bathroom is big enough too. Also the breakfast buffet was a positive surprise - not just italian breakfast but also eggs, sausages, bacon, whatever you'd like.
Hint: The hotel is right next to metro station Bignami on new blue line M5. Make sure to have a metro/subway map not older than 2013. That's the year when blue lined opened.

Room Tip: Even rooms with windows towards the street are absolutely quiet, no worries about the traffic noise.

I stay often on business. The rooms are very small, just the space for the bed. The shower barely fit my 5'10". The staff is cordial and helpful. Main positive elements are an abundant breakfast included in the price and a nicely furnished gym. If you like to run, the park is close by

We arrived at the hotel by car (the hotel parking is free of charge). The external appearance of the building was good, but the internal appearance of the hotel was even better! Just outisde the hotel entrance there is the subway station "Bigniami" which closes at 12.00 midnight (the best)! At the hotel reception you can buy metro tickets so to not waste your time in the subway to understand how the ticket machines works!The area around the hotel is quiet .

The room was very good, clean, nicely decorated and the whole atmosphere of the hotel smelled of cleanliness! All staff were helpful, very polite and pleasant. The breakfast was very good and fresh.
I was sorry we only stayed for 2 nights.

This was our first visit to Milan. The hotel added to the the pleasure of our experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and could speak good English. The room, although not large, is clean and neat with nice bedlinen. Breakfast was one if the best I had in Europe. Fresh and healthy with excellent coffee. Thank you for the great surprise!

Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel for 15 nights acompanying my partner who was on business trip. Bignami underground train station was just across the hotel and this really faciliate me in travelling around Milan Central alone. No hassle at all. But for 15 days we had the same buffet spread for breakfast which was a bit boring for us. at least the hotel should make an effort to add one or 2 different item for the second week considering there were many others who were on longer term stay. anyway this is just a suggestion for me. the room was clean but a bit small for us and electricity supplies in our room was distrupted for 2-3 times when we stayed. And another frustrating incident was the failure of the front office staff to book taxi for us to go the airport when we checked out despite leaving written message on the evening before we left to the staff who worked the earlier shiff. no apology from the staff too instead giving excuses :-(.
