“Good hotel, good price, good breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 November 2013

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a modern feel to it and it is in quite good shape. The breakfast food was good: eggs, fresh fruits, breads, cereals, fresh cheese. There is a metro stop about 2 blocks away called Porta Romana and from there you can hop on the metro to the Duomo and other key points in Milan. The hotel staff was friendly.

I was surprised how lovely is this hotel! Everybody was very kind and helpfull, the breakfast is very good and tasty, but the ham and croissant with vanilla cream are the best choice for me! The single room is enough comfortable and very clean! Hope, i'll be back!

Great location of this hotel near several restaurants. The staff is helpful, at the same time several aspects are out of date (free wifi for one hour, not available independent heater in the room - I was freezing in the room-, restaurant that at 9,30 pm just can prepare sandwiches).

This is a modern, bright, efficient hotel in Milan with a somewhat "corporate" feel, but none the worse for that. Air conditioned, good breakfast including cooked food. Our rooms were small but well-designed with ample hanging space in the wardrobes and a good sized bathroom. Safe in bedroom. Hairdryer in bathroom. Situated four stops from the Duomo/town centre by metro/subway (Porta Romana station), also walkable if you feel so inclined. The whole hotel was clean, and the staff were without exception friendly and helpful. The breakfast area does convert to a small bar in the evenings and evening meals are provided, but we didnt see anyone using this facility whilst we were there. As others have commented, there is no iron and a short flight of stairs to Reception from street level. The bed was very comfortable indeed and I found our room on the third floor to be quiet at night. On the final day we got unlimited wi-fi and minibar for 12 euros. We felt it was good, if not exceptiona, value overall.

A modern hotel, with wi-fi, air conditioning and clean rooms. Offers a good breakfast. Though not located in the center of Milan, it can be considered well-located for its only a short walk from a subway station.
What must be said, however, is that this hotel is a bit expensive for what it is. Certainly a good hotel, but one can find similar ones at a better price.

Efficient is the best way I can describe my 2 nights at this hotel. My room was very small, but efficiently designed and clean. There was a rack to hang clothes, a place to work and a very small single bed. The bathroom was likewise small but efficiently designed. The air conditioner in the room was a bit worrisome, but worked well. There was a constant dripping sound coming from the ac unit, which made me look for a leak a few times and worry about water falling on me while lying in bed, but it was just something to do with the way the AC unit is set up. There are no irons in the hotel, so if you find yourself in need of getting some wrinkles out, let's say in a suit, then you'll have to pay to have it laundered, I sent two items to be ironed and it cost me about 12 euros. The staff are also very efficient and helpful. Taxis came quickly and the hotel is in walking distance to the metro and about a 15 minute walk to the City center. There's an interesting design to the hotel, the lobby is located up a number of stairs, which can be difficult to navigate with luggage. I saw one guest fall down the stairs while I was checking in. The bell staff is very attentive and are quick to assist you with your luggage going up and down the stairs and after seeing that guest fall, I did not refuse assistance. Overall, it did the job, it was a good, clean and efficient place to sleep in a good location.

Reasonably priced room which included free minibar and free wifi which was easy to connect to.

I was on the 5th floor where you could see the gold statue on top of the Duomo.

Situated in a quiet area but only 3 stops on the Metro to the Duomo. The nearest Metro station (Porta Romana) is just a short 2 minute walk up the road.

The only thing which let this hotel down was the plug sockets. If you are using a heavy travel adaptor (which you likely are) be prepared to use something hold the plug in place while your phone charges as it has a tendency to disconnect. Or even be prepared to actually sit there holding the plug in place while your camera charges, like I had to do. This was a huge inconvenience.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front of the hotel on the 5th floor or higher, better view than the side stree...
