First time in Milan, for a works convention, this is a typically corporate hotel, nothing more or nothing less, hard to understand how a Best Western ld be anything more, as they claim, friendly staff, good choice at breakfast, my evening meal was "Standard" fayre, nothing more, room was large and with ample storage for my stay, bathroom a little shabby, the best feature was that the hotel was ideally situaed for our head office.
Pretty disappointing in my opinion. Was advertised as a 4 star on Hotwire but it was very basic. The fridge was dirty and there was mould in the shower. Luckily we were only there for one night but would not recommend.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is amazingly nice. It's very close to Alcatraz club (for those who travel for attending/working a show at that club). Breakfast buffet is complete. The restaurant staff is accurate and fast.
The staff was really helpfull and kind. Room were clean and well equiped. Breakfast was excellent just for 10 euros. The hotel is about 10 minutes from metro and tram station. The neighbourhood is not very nice but there is everything you need - small shop, restaurants and fast foods.
Stayed here this month. The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious with great views over the city rooftops. The staff couldn’t do enough for me even preparing a light lunch for myself and two colleagues (when they don’t do lunch normally). Really can’t say enough for the people working here. I stay in lots of hotels for work and the level of service here is a new benchmark in quality.
