Lovely modern and clean room. Good toiletries in shower which are changed daily! Quite a spacious room for the middle of a city. Very close to Central Station and Metro - five mins walk - so easy access to centre of Milan in about 10 mins (4 stops on metro). Early checkin was not a problem and luggage left on last day so we could enjoy the morning in Town. Good selection at buffet breakfast including yogurts, fruit, cereals, cheeses, meats and pastries. Four couples all located on the same floor. Good restaurant about 10 mins walk with lovely food recommended by Hotel staff which had a great buzz as end of Fashion week in MIlan. A must do is the walk on the roof of the Cathedral - absolutely stunning!

Approximately an hour's drive from Malpensa Airport. Since our flight touch down quite early hence we reached the hotel earlier than the check in time, we went to the visit the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. These are all accessible via metro line. The metro is a 5mins walk from the hotel (depending on your pace). And from the metro line itself, stop at the Duomo station, which is about another 5-8mins journey. Nonetheless, check in was brief. Staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our luggages at a room while we went out to explore the city. The room is spotless and clean but abit musty when we enter, but no problem, we open up the window to let the morning air in. The elevator is pretty tight, can only fit maximum of 2 people (depend on your built). Not a problem for me, since hubby and I are slim-built, hence we can also squeeze in 2 luggages! Breakfast is like any other hotel available, cold English breakfast.

convenient for station (10 mins walk) and metro (5 minutes). Average breakfast, Good price (£120 for 2 people for two nights). good toiletries. tv has CNN & BBC world.secure luggage storage. room safe worked. Good shower & better than average shower room. Not a particularly nice neighbourhood and wouldn't have eaten/drunk in local bars but hotel was of good decorated standard. No issues with air conditioning and room was always cool. Would return

Good location as not far from central station. First impressions fine but weather extremely hot during our visit and after the first night we were advised by staff that it is normal to turn off the air conditioning at 9pm at night......that ruined our visit really as very hot and as we were on the street it was also very noisy with the window open. Another staff member was more helpful and changed our room after it was evident the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning plus an over heating fridge. Nice clean hotel. Good pizza restaurant just on end of the block. Not the best area but was definitely ok. Staff not that fluent with English speaking.

i booked a triple room, the room was very big and clean. the bathroom was as big as the room.
everything was very clean. that's the most important part when I stay in a hotel.
the location was great, about two blocks away from the station. Supermarket is near too.

At night, it was very quiet but safe.

I stayed here while on a city break with a friend in Milan.

The first thing to say is that the location here is one of the key advantages. We arrived from the airport on one of the many airport shuttle buses, which drop off and pick up at the central station just a few hundred metres away. It is also really well placed to take trams, buses or the metro to any of the great sites around Milan.

The hotel staff were friendly on arrival, and were happy to offer advice on getting around the city and places to eat throughout our stay,

On the room. I think this hotel has been recently refurbished and our room was really very well put together (if compact). There were two comfortable beds, with a TV showing major international channels. Although it had a court yard view, it was bright with big windows and a small balcony.

The real highlight was the bathroom. It was really spacious with a massive shower, taking up the whole width of the bathroom and with excellent water pressure. It was excellent to return to this at the end of a long day's sight-seeing.

I only ate breakfast here and would definitely recommend it. As you would expect, it was continental style, with tasty cold cuts and pastries, as well as fruit juice and everything else you might expect: it was a really excellent way to get set up for the day.

We ate several times at a restaurant really nearby, called Bel Paese (recommended by the hotel staff and would recommend this as a good value venue favoured by locals.

Over all, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a really good location to explore Milan - with a reasonable price and good service.

Room Tip: Rooms on the fourth floor have excellent decor and bathrooms

It served all of our needs. Breakfast was better than most hotels on this trip but offered the same items every other Italian 4 star hotel: Deli meats with cheese and assortments of fruits, juices, and croissants. AC was adequate, not great, but adequate enough for an American. They let us keep our bags in a storage for free after we checked out. It was a good 10 mi ute walk from the central train station.
