Pros: nice bed, fast wi-fi, convenient location.
Cons: very, very dated furniture and tapestry, crt television (90s maybe), they forgot to replenish my minibar one day, the air conditioner wasnt working in the entire hotel (!) (and when I opened my window, one million of flys came in), unfriendly staff.
The worst: the entrance is at a traffic controlled street where only taxis and buses can pass. This isnt disclosed anywhere! When I checked out, got my rented car and took it to the entrance to get my baggage. In front of the hotel I noted the traffic radars. Asking the clerkman, he said I'd certainly be fined and he couldnt do anything. Of course he could! He/they could simply warn the guest about it!

Room Tip: hint: do not stay here.

This is an odd hotel. The web site says it was recently refurbished but it seems only minor changes where made to the room I stayed in. There are few rooms with gym equipment, since I checked in early that was the only one available. I would have rather had a sitting area but I didn't want to wait a few more hours. Seems odd since the gym equipment was old and not fully functioning. This is really an in between 3 and 4 star hotel. The room is large and the 12 Euro upgrade for mini bar and wifi is worth it. The one small elevator means if you have to wait a long time to get an elevator that will fit your luggage at busy times. The place is very close to the main train station and that is the best this it has going for it.

Room Tip: ask if your room has gym equipment in it as you may or may not want it. Ask for a high floor since t...

Overall an ok hotel, rooms were clean, breakfast was uneventful but decent and the staff are helpful.
One of the lifts was out of service and the air-conditioning was broken, so we baked in our room.
Near to a tram stop and a short walk from the central railway station.
An ok hotel, but not a 4 star, would recommend for a short trip.

Room Tip: Take a room facing away from the construction!

I took my teenage kids this week to Milan. We booked the hotel as a "secret" hotel on lastminute.com. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel.

Plus points: location - 5 minutes from the central station, 50 metres to a tram stop (trams every few minutes that linked to the metro). Several good places to eat within walking distance. Quiet at night. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds. 12 euro upgrade including wifi and a small minibar (2 beers, water, orange juice, some peanuts and pringles). Friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast was adequate. Bar open until 12.30. It's reasonably clean.

Minus points: no air-conditioning at this time of year. We opened the windows and got invaded by mosquitoes. Building work starts next door at 08.00 so don't dream of a lie-in. It's shabby. 1 of the 3 lifts was out of order for the entire 5 days we stayed. Another one broke down this morning.

No way is this a 4 star hotel but it's OK if you can book it for a good price.

Room Tip: there are apparently no connecting rooms. We had 13/002 and 13/003 which are next to each other at...

We were fortunate to stay in one of the refurbished rooms and it did not disappoint. A great size with extremely comfortable beds - first time I haven't heard complaints about how uncomfortable the sofa bed was. Our deal included free mini bar and wifi - while the mini bar was not extensive, it was a lovely bonus - kids enjoyed the free coke and pringles on return from a busy day.
The staff at reception were the most helpful we have come across to date. As our room was ready when we arrived ( 2hrs before the usual check- in time ), we were allowed to avail of it straight away.
Breakfast was included in our deal also - this saves a fortune when you are feeding four! While it wasn't the best we've had, there was something for everyone. I did notice a sign which said, 'If you are a coeliac-just let us know'.
The hotel is very central - 3 mins walk to the metro and also ideal for the bus connections for Bergamo and other airports. We had an early morning flight home and we simply had a five minute walk to catch our connecting bus.
We found a lovely rustic restaurant in Central Station which was superb value and served great food. It is on the first floor - a mezzanine area at the side nearest the hotel. Not to be missed.

Room Tip: Go for the junior executive rooms and request the 16th floor if possible.

Stayed for 3 nights for business in town. The hotel has a great central location on 5min on foot from the train station.
Great package of wifi and free minibar for a few Euros - but don't get overly excited the minibar is minimalistically stocked.
The highlight of my room was a treadmill, which seemed great but it was so loud that I couldn't use it without waking up the people in the adjoining rooms. The room interior is quite old and the carpet is not inviting you to walk barefoot. I also didn't manage to start the AC which resulted in a way overheated room. Opening windows was not an option due to the works and street noise.
Breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection of breads, meat, cheeses and cereal. Fruit selection was ok.
Fair priced.

This hotel is old, carpet type, and the revamp promised to mid September sitll didn't happen.
Well, only 1 floor is ready, the building has 17!!!
I booked this hotel last july for a corporate event for its location and for the revamp that was supposed to happen. On arrival... SURPRISE! I got a time travel back to the eighties! Old carpet, old furniture, old and dirty on every little and big details. Having complained about the situation on the check-in, just got a rude answer and a promised of contact from the Hotel manager. Till today.
