We recently stayed with two connecting rooms. Triple and double. There is one recep at front all the time. Ahmed especially helpful and nice to my kids. 10 min walk to duomo. Cute restaurant nearby for late evening called Bio Pizza. Breakfast ok, normal , but nice. The only problem i had was the wooden floors were not clean at all. That was it. I love the hotel. Would definitely return!

Booked this with Hotel Tonight app. Not sure if this applies to all rooms but mine actually had a walk-in closet! Toilet had a bathtub with jacuzzi functions but didn't use it so not sure if it works. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but the breakfast cafe was slightly below average.

After 2 weeks in various hotels in Italy we were pleasantly surprised at Zuringo and find a hotel the size of most USA hotels. The bathroom was wonderful, there was a shower (actually hanging on the wall, not just a wand you had to hold like most European hotels) and a soaking/jacuzzi tub. The bedroom was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The closet was walkin size. The room was actually larger than my first studio apartment. The staff was lovely and helpful, they seemed to recognize us every ti e we returned. The breakfast one of the best we enjoyed over the past two weeks. The location was excellent, about 10-15 minute walk to Duomoand Galleria shopping district.

We found and excellent cafe on our walk to Duomo, Bar Mercurio. The service was excellent, fast and prompt and the prices great. It was located just down the street from the hotel about 10 mi urea, Via Dogana, 3 is the address.

Also, you have got to visit the Magnum Milano ice cream bar, it is located on the backside of the Galleria - look this up and definitely go. They take a Magnum ice cream bar and dip it in your choice of chocolate and you pick 3 toppings to sprinkle on the bar. This was a welcome change fro the 2 weeks of Gelato shops.

Room Tip: Ask for room on 3rd floor, very quite.

My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel during our trip through Italy and the French Riviera. I really wanted to spend one day shopping in Milan, and this hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The room is simple and adequate. It's not fussy, but it is certainly no dump. Beware, there is no fitness center or restaurant. The hotel has a cafe right next door, but it closes early. No worries, as this is Italy, so there are tons of restaurants nearby. The best part for me was, the bathroom had a deep, jetted tub, which was perfect for soaking after a long day of shopping. The hotel has really good service, and, like most hotels in the region, breakfast is included.

Above all else, the location of this hotel can't be beat! It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and lots of other shopping. You are in the heart of everything, without having to break the bank to stay at a hotel in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Our room faced a side street with not much traffic, but that was not important to us at this hotel.

At 10 min walk from Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II (and all its amenities) the Zurigo location is simply and probably one of the better destinations Downtown Milan has to offer. This place is very clean!

Dont bother with the hotel breakfast (which is fine). Instead go and discover breakfast in the alleys Milano has to offer. Much more interesting!

Room Tip: It is an old building, which has been renovated. Don't expect top modern and last minute technol...

The hotel has a good location, for sure. Rooms are absolutely what you need. Clean and enough space, and a clean bathroom. And the quietness is pleasant. Which is very important. Staff was very pleasant as well, and helpful with parking. What I don´t like is that the pricing is very much varying from day to day. Watch out.

Room Tip: 103 is a good room

Location is great. Breakfast is sufficient - mid-grade. Rooms are definitely clean, relatively large with nice large bathrooms. I saw two different rooms and each had also a nice entry way and a closet with lots of space to store luggage. Now for the cons: you have to pay for internet (who does that anymore?) and they did not change the towels for us. Additionally, hand/face/little towels were more like kitchen napkins, not terry cloth and that's not very nice. Price relative to location was good. Price relative to hotel room was a bit overpriced. But hopefully, when you are in Milano, you won't be spending too much time in the room anyways.
