The hotel is in an excellent position for those who need just a short stay on their transfer through the Central Station, completely new / renovated. It is in a kind of office building, 7th floor and I appreciate the fact that after booking the room I received a mail with clear information how to find it. The staff at the reception was kind and nice.
On the negative note... the single room had everything I needed, but was really claustrophobic, probably 10 m2 bathroom included, practically no windows and an 80 cm bed :). It was also not incredibly well isolated, with all kind of noises from the corridor and other rooms. No machine for bying water/coffee/soft drinks or snacks.

It's a very convenient location. We took the airport express to central station, and walked here with our 20kg luggage within 5 mins (including finding the direction), and it's only about 1 min walk to the metro, which leads us to the shopping and touristy area within short reach.

The room is clean and the staff were very helpful. The only problem is the weak connection with wifi. We have to stand beside our door to get connected. But consider the reasonable price, we are still happy to recommend it. (p.s. Breakfast was sent to our room with 2 big croissants for each of us and coffee from the downstair cafe which are delightful)

alert: for people who tries to take metro, don't go to the ticket machines with a guy standing next to it. They will pretend they are trying to help you, but in the end they are going to take away your change from the machine before you have a chance to react. Best advice is to buy from the ticket booth to avoid this kind of nonsense. Or, act local.

best decision made to stay at this hotel/b&b. at first i was abit reluctant as the price offered at booking.com was really low for Milan hotel in a centrally located location. I booked at Euro 89 per night. I suggest to book directly with the hotel for better rate.
Plus point: clean room with modern new furniture, all amenities offered from shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, hair dryer, breakfast is choice of coffee (u can order espresso, cappucino or any coffee) and corneto (bread) sent to your room, free wifi (signal is fine on the bed), relatively good size of room, perfect location to train station and metro, bar/cafe beside and across the street, many other restaurants nearby, the front desk chinese guy was extremely helpful with direction, phone, and advices in Milan. Drinking water is only at 1 euro each bottle.

the only not so good point: the entrance is like office building and the reception is at 7th Floor. but who cares about entrance, as long as the room and service is good , everything is perfect.

tip: from central station, go out the exit where Mc Donalds is. Walk straight down Mc Donalds and look for BPM with green and white logo. The hotel is just behind BPM entrance with green door.

It was a great location as its near the Central Station in Milan.

Clean and reasonable.

Onky thing the bath that we got was open style so it was a lil chilly while you took a shower. But with all things kinda compact in Europe, I can understand.

There is a small supermarket which is about a five min walk where you can get some food stuff for your trip around Milan. Great prices... as you come our from the hotel, hook a left till you come to the main road. Turn right and go down 2 blocks, you should see the supermarket on the left called "OkSigma"

Needed a place to crash after the flight for the U.S. and then catch the train the next day in the Milano Centrale Station. The Klick was modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. It was a short and very easy walk from the train station and airport bus drop. Several good and reasonably priced restaurants very close. One of the better places I have stayed right after a flight and just prior to catching the train.

After reading previous reviews of this hotel I decided to stay here on my short trip to Milan, and I was not disappointed. The location was brilliant, right opposite Milano Centrale and only around half an hour's walk from the Duomo - or only a minute's walk to the Metro, so very convenient! I looked at previous reviewers' directions on how to find it - find the green door just inside the entrance to the small street! Once there, head up to the 7th floor. The reception staff were helpful and the room was nice and modern - very bright and airy, with a great view over the station itself which was particularly pretty at night. The bathroom was good, with a decent rain shower, and overall I was very surprised by the quality of the room. There's plenty to eat nearby, be it Italian or the McDonald's just across from the hotel - you won't be left wanting for places to eat! Overall I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of Central Station!

Stayed here for 2 nights recently. It's located right across from the train station (convenient for the airport bus). The room was very clean and modern, although a little small. Breakfast is pastries and a coffee, you just need to call reception and they will bring it to your room. I have a feeling they probably get it from a nearby restaurant as the breakfast was not available on Sunday. Staff were friendly however one had very limited english so it was hard for us to get information on how to get into the centre, etc...
I would definitely recommend this place.

Room Tip: Our room had a nice view of the train station across the square.
