“nice hotel, fantastic breakfast but angry receptionist”
Reviewed 23 August 2014

We checked in for 3 nights. The 1st night was good. The 2nd night was a disaster. The male receptionist who looks like an Indian shouted to my friend because he failed to show his passport when we arrived from a trip in Switzerland. Anyways, he could have been more hospitable because he has our records from the previous night. That guy should be fired. The 3rd night was best. We were upgraded to superior. Breakfasts were always good.

Room Tip: Always choose the corner room for bigger space.

Green Features: The location is a little off from the Central Station.

Overall this hotel was nice. The room was a bit small and felt a little cramped for two people. Despite that, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It does not seem to be located in the best area, a lot of graffiti in the surrounding areas and it seemed like the kind of place I would not want to walk around in at night. It was a relatively close walk to the train station and some nice shopping. The breakfast was very good, they had a lot of options from eggs to pastries to potatoes and fresh juice.

Very clean and tidy hotel! And affordable, at least in august when the season is not high in Milan. Breakfast was excellent and we found the location good as well, couple of metro stations very close. Room was rather tiny, so if you have a lot of luggage it might be a problem. All in all, I would recommend this hotel!

this hotel is really delicious, beautifully decorated and clean and tidy. However, I thought not that the staff provided the service I expected by a big beautiful four-star hotel. They did not particularly welcome you when you came in. But I'm probably a bit harsh after working in the service industry for many years! But all in all a nice hotel, which is clearly worth a visit

A university classmate and I stayed here for 2 nights while backpacking through Europe, and we were very impressed. Pros: room and bathroom were both very clean, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, location (20 minute walk from the duomo, 10 from Buenos Aires shopping strip), good wifi, air conditioned. Cons: small room (but not unbearable!), only one electrical outlet provided, view was not impressive. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Just back from a great stay in Hotel Felice Casati with a friend. The hotel is only a 4 minute taxi ride from Central Station, if taking the Malpensa Shuttle from the airport. This was an excellent service.
The hotel staff were charming and very helpful. The breakfast was vast to suit everyone's taste. The rooms were well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, television, mini bar, air conditioning, safety deposit box (free)...
The hotel is only a 25 minute walk away from Milan Cathedral and most main attractions. There are many fab stores within a couple of minutes walk too.
We also used the Hop on Hop off buses to get around some of the main sites which were very useful and regular.
In all we had an excellent stay in this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone doing a city break in Milan.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony if you can. Very charming.

Heavy duty construction prevents access to street in front of hotel. Neighborhood is only so so. Stores closed to the digging. A short walk to Buenos Aires contains all the shops and places to eat. My hotel room was ok, bed large and comfortable. No tub in bathroom, just weird, corner shower thing. Hotel staff not inclined to be helpful so I asked other guests checking in a computer question. Breakfast ok with usual supply of ham and cheese, fruit and Italian pastries.
