We checked in for 3 nights. The 1st night was good. The 2nd night was a disaster. The male receptionist who looks like an Indian shouted to my friend because he failed to show his passport when we arrived from a trip in Switzerland. Anyways, he could have been more hospitable because he has our records from the previous night. That guy should be fired. The 3rd night was best. We were upgraded to superior. Breakfasts were always good.
